The Hall for Cornwall is an excellent venue. 968 seats all with a good view of the stage. At 6'2" I found the seats comfortable with adequate leg room. The venue is large enough to attract the shows, but small enough to feel close to the action. Enjoyed it greatly !!!

I have been going to HFC since Jan 2013, seen a few groups/bands there and even a stage production of Calamity Jane which was good fun. HFCis great for music to sit and listen to, Joe Brown (50/60's) guitarist/singer is the best there, great warm sound and you might get a chance to meet these amazing people after. Our last... More

3 hours of music, songs and special guest Jonathan Antoine, the military wives of Culdrose; Karen & Bromley Hurn and Roche Brass Band. A excellent and really enjoyable evening. Thanks to the Mayor of Truro ( Lorrie Eathorne-Gibbons in raising this gala and raising funds for Emmaus. Thanks The evening was presented by Daphne Skinnard .

We really enjoyed the Waterloo show but found two old members of staff rude which spoils it for us really! We come here often and have never had cause for complaint until tonight! On our arrival we went through entrance A to be meet by lady no 1 "your seats are over there pointing at the middle block of seating... More

Apparently it wasn't a panto but a christmas play, but whatever you call it, this was a great night out. Many thanks to the friendly stewards and staff. The King rat was really well played.

Went to Panto with family. Tickets pricey (but standard for all pantos). Genuinely enjoyed it and what made it was Kernow King - local jokes, some for adutls (not too many and always appropriate) but he was AMAZING. Have since found out that this is the first time HfC haven't bought in a script but did it themselves - even... More

This was our first taste of a British Panto and we all were very entertained by the story, action and 'adult lines' thrown into the mix. The high level of audience participation caught my family by surprise. A great venue with plenty of seating and a adequate snack bar offering afternoon tea. From the advertising, a lot of shows go... Saw Jimmy Carr there recently. Never been to venue before but was very impressed. Great location, great seats, good view with tiered saeting, friendly and helpful staff and no problem getting drinks at the bar beforehand or during the interval! And you could pre-order your interval drinks! Cloakroom facilty available too. Oh and Jimmy was great as well! :-)

I do not know who enjoyed it most the children (6 and 9) or me! Local references and non stop action made for an entertaining afternoon. I now know what really goes into a Cornish pasty!! Children got to meet Mousehole the Cat afterwards (Kimberly Moses) and we all came out singing a song. Venue itself is a little tired... More
