beautiful setting, not much snow when we went so beginner slopes were up the ski lift which was a bit tricky with 7 children who had never skied before!

Always great skiing across the Portes Du Soleil of which Avoriaz makes the central link to most. Great snow making and pisting capability, with proximity to Geneva make this an easy choice ski destination

Great fall back when snow in Morzine/Les Gets poor. No very challenging runs but snow quality consistent. Great cruising. Good restaurants.

Avoriaz is a great place to ski with plenty of blue and red runs, lots of lifts and a huge area, especially if you buy the Porte Du Soleil pass. Good Apres Ski, and good free bus service from Chalets to the bottom of the main lift.

A super resort for beginners. A little hairy to approach the green run by the chair, but once on the slope its wide and superb for both beginners and intermediates. Very pretty resort too

They did a great job keeping us skiing in difficult conditions! They also restricted the amount of people on the slopes

Good access to good runs, whether into Switzerland or down to Les Gets. Great restaurants, special mention for Les Trappeurs - the staff were so good, food really good too.
