Well kept resort with fabulous ski runs in perfect order. They were well groomed each day and rarely crowded. The village is delightful to wander round after a day on the mountains with plenty of coffe houses and bars where you can soak up the atmosphere and chill out. At night when the lights all come on the village takes... More

Hart of the portes du soleil, where sun is shining most of the time. lots of km slopes, like it that you can skee between trees. Very good views. Avoriaz higher elevation, morzine, les gets etc around 1000m so snow quality a bit less here at end of season. All types of accomodation, good restaurants, lot of fun!

Snow sure late in the season. Plenty of reasonably priced restaurants for lunch stops. Friendly family orientated resort.

1.Check out the website of Avoriaz. It’s very easy to use and to follow. It can help you to plan your trip. Call the representatives if you need to; they speak good enough English 2. Regardless of where you are (specially if you’re in Europe or to be more exact in Madrid :), I think the best option to get... More

Had a fabulous holiday here in March so almost near the end of the season. The snow was still good and the resort was not packed. The main thing about the holiday here is that everyone has a common interest in the sport. This means that in the evening and daytimes people are so friendly and here to enjoy themselves.... More

Very good for blue runs - wide pistes and trees, reminiscent of the US, good restauants, possible for non skiers to join up with skiers

For skiing it is really good. It gets lots of snow and has more than one resort access. If you are a keen skiier you would better off staying here rather than further down the valley as it is you ski from the front door pretty much everywhere, but accomodation is probably higher, you get what you pay for.
