Very good for blue runs - wide pistes and trees, reminiscent of the US, good restauants, possible for non skiers to join up with skiers

For skiing it is really good. It gets lots of snow and has more than one resort access. If you are a keen skiier you would better off staying here rather than further down the valley as it is you ski from the front door pretty much everywhere, but accomodation is probably higher, you get what you pay for.

Tonnes of easy blues all interlinking nicely. Plus the blacks and reds - both wide and narrow ones. Something for everyone and LOTS of it with teh Portes du Soleil pass.

Avoriaz is a little higher than Morzine hence snow better! Runs for all abilities, you can also ski into Switzerland! You do however need a full area pass!
