We are locals and love this place. Great yummy food and hot chocolates. We went late in the afternoon and the place looked like a food fight had happened. Outside tables were filthy and trodden strawberries everywhere. The tourists had clearly been and left. We ate inside mainly due to the terrible smell from the toilets. Even my children commented.... Beautiful place. The produce we bought, especially the strawberry jam is beautiful. We didn't pick strawberries but it looked like a great way to spend a few hours with little children. It was however quite expensive to shop there.

This place was just a stop off for us to stock up on fresh berries. We only went in the front part which was the shop and eating part. All the berries were very cheap and we walked out with a box of strawberries and 4 little containers of blueberries, 4 little containers of raspberries, 4 little containers of blue... More

Sunday arvo holiday madness here. Crammed with people. Brought some beautiful ice creams and strawberry jam. My grandmother taught me not to pick berries after the sun is high. . Doesn't deter the masses from diving in with punnets abound. Great concept for city familes to get a (brief) taste of earth work. Well marketed and polite, patient staff. Thanks.

We've come with our friends to have a tea the Sunny Ridge farm and asked to get strawberry ice cream in the affogato instead of vanilla. I would understand if we would be charged extra, but I was not prepared to the curt phrase "We don't make any changes". Obviosly it was loss of sale for business and 5 customers... More

This place is great spot to break up a winery tour through Red Hill or great place to drive to from the Mornington Penninsula. The scones and desserts are delicous. You can also taste test Cheeky Rascal ciders. Avoid at all costs during school holidays it is flooded with tourists. Best time to go is early November when strawberries come... More

Went with family on busy holidays. Lots of people but plenty of strawberries to pick. Cafe was overflowing if you wanted something and cashiers worked as quick as they could. Well worth the trip and made some great strawberry jam later.

We called in here about 20 mins before closing thinking it would be quite how wrong were we. It was still so busy you couldn't find tables to sit at and the que for service was really long. This was also a week day alll be over the Christmas break. It is nice here just gets crazy busy.

Sunny Ridge is conveniently located on Mornington Peninsula where people flock to to enjoy nature outside of the city and have a nice coastal climate. Why not pick some strawberries for a picnic? You can do that here in Sunny Ridge. If you feel lazy or just in the mood for a quick strawberry dessert, the shop and cafe has... More
