This Catholic church has masses in English, Visayan and Tagalog. Its claim to fame is the worlds biggest prayer beads as certified by the Guinness Book of Records. We went to Tagum City which is about 2 hours by bus from Davao City last April 6-12 to participate in the 2014 National Prisaa Games. Peaceful, and unique... I was told the Cathedral was built only a few years ago, but it is very "Art Deco" in style, and looks as though it might have been built almost a hundred years ago. a new cathedral with enormous rosary and a nice garden around it easy to reach with a green (cab) wich are everywhere availabel and cheap
