Canions of Xingo is a contribution to Nature made by man. It is is said to be the fifth largest navigated canion in the world. It takes about 4 hours to get to this panoramic site from Aracajú - SE. It costs roughly $65.00 (per person) and it includes bus transportation (with 2 unexplainable stops on the way) and a boat ride on the river. The canyons and the whole area generally are quite beautiful and make a worthwhile side journey for those travelling in the north-east or to-from Serra da Capivara.
