There are two spas in Leukerbad: Alpentherme and Burgerbad. Both of them are nice and I can't really say which one is better.

This is the perfect place to go after spending an entire day skiing on the mountains around. Pools are quite big and offer a variety of massage. You can sit in the hot water looking at the mountains around you. Price is also convenient for the variety of the pools.

A minimum of three hours in the bath sounds like overdoing it but there's enough variety and space here for the best part of a day out. we likes the temperature of the water and the sauna - cave. We find the place quite clean and relaxing. We didn`t liked that the people that hold to express their high level of hormones in the sight of all. It`s quite disturbing to see people that are almost making sex in the same pool with you.

The place is very crowded. The entire facility is very old and in need of renovation. Thee water is full of chlorine. I came there for thermal water. And the water was like in the swimming pool in my city - no difference at all. Strongly chlorinated, stinks with chlor, not O3, though it is claimed to be ozonized.
