Perched on a sunny high plateau in the heart of the Alps, Crans-Montana offers visitors a magnificent panorama of 200 km over the Alps. This gem of a Swiss village is great in all seasons. Whether you Golf , Ski , Play Tennis or Horseback ride you can do it here. The altitude is rather low and it has mostly sunny days . The ultimate place to shop in the alps ( I almost opened a Botique in the Village here) easy to get... More

The city center can be somewhat crowded but it is a great place to ski at and for long walks. We were a whole group of friends and enjoyedour stay there. Restaurants are however overpriced and do not offer the best quality.

We like ski in Crans-Montana. Great mountains and slops for all levels. Good sci school for kids and really we could see result: our 5 years old daughter started skiing and use lifts.

Been here many a time it is lovely, The skiing is rather easy of hard no middle ground, many watering holes on the piste if you want to stop for a vin chaud. Many good restaurants but like most places in Switzerland very expensive. Ski pass for day is 63 francs...

The whole place is a jewel, both for skiers and non skiers. Two golf courses add a bit of sporting activities to the slopes, and there is a high Street where you can find top named shops like in a European capital. Nice restaurants of all nationalities, nice walks in the woods, elegant cafès and bars to enjoy the panorama.

Great and well prepared slopes in an system that gives you a fantastic view over the sorrounding valley and mountains. Good variety with lots of lifts and cabins. Specifically on the Montana side of system. Very suitable for us medium skiers over 65!
