Weltvogelpark Walsrode, the world's biggest bird park, can't be recommended highly enough from both a scientific as well as a touristic point of view. Besides the incredible diversity of color, size & specialization shown in the thousands of birds from every corner of the globe, the commitment to providing the very best environment for each individual feathered species & to... The park gives you the opportunity to spend a very nice day, and to make interesting experiences. There are plenty of things to see and to do, just have a look at their daily program before the visit in order to select what you like. What I really recommend is the "Flugshow": you really do not have to miss it!!!... More

We ate here after attending the christening of our friends baby and the food and service were excellent. Unfortunately there wasn't time to visit the actual bird park part but the restaurant area was great.

I have now visited Welt Vogel Park twice, and sometimes the second time does not match your memory of the first time you visited. But this one definitely does! We have now twice stopped to visit on our way to Denmark and it is the best and most interesting bird park I have come across. The variety of birds is... More

This is one of the most beautiful bird parks I have ever seen. There are many birds walking around and some of them even will cross your path when you stroll around. The rangers are friendly and helpfull. New is the meet & greet you can order. For €50 you can have a one hour backstage and feed and indeed... More

Had a wonderful day at the Weltvogelpark Walsrode with our 2 1/2 year old! We all enjoyed the birds, the birdshow - including a condor, and according to my daughter the variety offered by the 5 playgrounds was among the best she has tried so far. And she has been spoilt... Like most tourist places the F&B prices at the... More

What a great day out !. We spent over 5 hours there and could have stopped a lot longer if we didn't have a flight to catch. So many different species of birds, everything you can possibly imagine and they all looked really well looked after. All the aviaries seem to be kept so clean. There are two shows, one... More

For anyone that likes ALL kinds of birds (the feathered ones that is) Walsrode Vogel Park is the place to visit. They have all kinds of birds on display there. They also do shows with various birds, which is well worth a view. The park is also very good for the children in family, but do intend to stay for... More

An amazing park for the whole family to enjoy. All animals are clearly very well treated and happy. Many bird parks/zoos can take some tips from here regarding animal welfare. The playground is a huge added bonus and serves as excellent entertainment for the smaller kids.

Great place. We use 5hours in the parck and we need more time. Fantastic playground for young kids in the parck also. The food they sell was bad and expencive. Birds show was the best I have seen ever.
