We wanted to enjoy a sauna "European" style and Therme Erding did not disappoint. In our research before getting there, it seemed there was a rail pass you could buy with MVV which would give you 4 hour entry with it, but we think this is only for the clothed side of the park. From Munich take the S2 Erding... More

I would highly recommend for families with older children as it does offer something for both. I visited with my wife and two children aged 13 and 10. We went to both the Therme and Galaxy. GALAXY The slides have age restrictions so about 5 were out of bounds to them. This is policed by attentive life guards. However there... More

I can understand some of the comments as this place is primarily self monitored. It's not as big as one of the parks in, ie. the Wisconsin Dells or Key Lime Cove. It's nice change from regular touristy stuff especially if you have kids with you. If you are very heavy (250 lbs. +) you may get stuck on a... More

Brillian water park with fun rides and relaxed indoor and outdoor pools. Fun for all ages. A four hour ticket although not cheap is about the right amount of time to enjoy everything there is on offer.

We have been several times and just love this place. I would give it a 5, if it were just a bit cleaner. The saunas themselves are clean but the nooks and crannies behind things aren't. At other spas we have visited they are also cleaner. But that being said, the pools and am out of longing, floating, sweating options... More

This place is really nice. As soon as we walked into locker room we could see they spared no expense. Individual changing rooms, hair dryers, and large spaces so people can get ready after swim. We started with the slides which were a lot of fun. Note to males: cross your legs on the fast slides. One of them they... More

It is the best place on earth for relaxation! I spent there 4 hours after long work day in Munich and it was just what i need! All kinds of pools, inner and outside pool, hot water tubs etc etc... Would recommend the outside hot tub with 63 c degrees water coming from 2350 meters bellow surface! Galaxy has AWESOME... More

Great atmosphere. There are plenty of different pools to choose from, with saunas, sun loungers, family pools, and a huge slide area, with something for everyone. Although it is a bit expensive, it will guarantee you the best swimming experience of your lives.

Imagine if a teenage version of yourself designed a waterpark with the brief to hold a birthday party, but the parents also had to be entertained as well. If money was no object, Therme Erding would be what you come up with. The largest selection of waterslides under one roof, indoor pools, outdoor pools, bars in the pools, areas where... More

We really enjoyed this spa but take a 'European' approach! We spent hours in there after visiting the brewery. It was all clean and there was loads to do. There are bars, steam rooms, sauna, floatation tanks and all kinds of swimming pools. The eye-opener is that everyone is naked and swimwear is forbidden in the spa side. So everyone,... More
