My husband and I travelled to Bourton on the water by public transportation. The last mile was budgeted by taxi but being a sunday we had to spend double of what we had catered for. But it was all worth it, if you want some peace and quiet time, away from the maddening crowd of city life. My husband and... More

Wow! Three full days of fabulous scenery, history and historic sites with the BEST guide in England. We had a comfortable (Lexus suv) ride with many stops to visit/tour seeing and doing as much as we liked. Tim is accommodating and knows all there is to know of the Cotswolds. We stopped at the best places for lunch as well.... More

We had a whirlwind day trip through the Cotswolds enruote to Oxford. There are a whole string of villages with rivers running through the town. We went through Bibury, Buurton On The Water and Arlington Row. To say it is a pretty part of England would be to understate things. The thatched roofs, the stone walls, all make one feel... More

Absolutely do not visit England without touring through the Cotswold's. If you miss it you have missed the heart of England! The Cotswold's will begin at Bath and run up through Oxford. Spend several days driving this tour and breath in the English countryside. This is where you will see the beautiful thatched cottages and quaint villages that will take... More

I toured Broadway and the surrounding area with Tim last year. He's totally knowledgeable about the area having lived there since childhood. My family left Broadway 1n 1889 and Tim went way above and beyond to help me find places that were a part of my roots. He's a delightful conversationalist and wonderful person. By all means select Tim if... More

My wife and I had only 1 day to spend touring the Cotswolds and are very happy we chose Tim to take us around. Tim was waiting for us in Moreton-in-Marsh on the train from London. I was very impressed with his knowledge of and long personal history in the area. He can trace his lineage back to 1100 A.D.!... More

We had a truly memorable full day tour of the Cotswolds with Tim. I had read the reviews and selected Tim a year ago - and am i glad I did! First, he gets booked early, and even more important, he is worth it! Unbelievably knowledgeable with many stories of the history and the people of the area - and... More

My wife and I spent a thoroughly delightful 3 days with Tim, Alistair and their wives Jacki and Pinky at the end of May, 2013. Alistair picked us up at Heathrow and managed to drive to Oxford in the rain and keep us awake by answering our humdreds of questions about all the movies amd TV shows filmed there. We... More
