The WWI battlefields are a big area - both geographically and in terms of places to see - to tackle on your own if you have limited time, even if you do have a guidebook. The small groups mean that the tours can be tailored on the day for particular interests, such as searching for a particular grave or memorial.... More

A battlefieds tour with "Cobbers Australian Battlefield Tours" is an excellent way for Australians to trace the footsteps of their relatives or fellow Aussies who fought during the two great world wars. The Last Post service held in Ypres every evening commemorating those who served in WWI is an amazing experience. Recommend it to all.
