We were 10 lads and had great fun Canyoning near Ceret in April 2013. Awesome adventure and great buzz. Jean and Sabrina are excellent guides. Fun but safe...just what you want. Highly recommended. Just remember to bring some old trainers or similar (you cant do it in flip flops for obvious reasons!!)
