We chose this park over Disney as it seemed to have better thrill rides and had good reviews. We travelled with young teenagers and have to say it was a super visit. We got there early and throughout the day never had to queue too long for the big thrill rides though that may be due in part to the... More

After visiting Disneyland Paris twice, thought we would give Parc Asterix a go. Really glad we did. Admission was half the price of Disneyland and queues were half as long. Plenty of rides and shows to keep the children entertained. Food choice was good and not too pricey but I would take lots of snacks as it became expensive for... More

I was SHOCKED to see parents and people in general SMOKING all over the park, while in the queues, waiting outside the attractions, at the restaurants and while sitting down on the benches, EVERYWHERE. This is extremely shocking. I had a baby and small children with me like most other people (since Parc Asterix is a FAMILY park) and I... More

Less stressful than Disney. Better roller coasters and less queuing. Food here is good and the overall atmosphere is great . Parking can be a bit of a nightmare so stay at the hotel.

We tool our 2 children there, booked tickets online and caught the shuttle from CDG airport because the shuttle from Paris was leaving at 9am and we are not very good at early morning start when on holiday, so going all the way to CDG airport made sense, even though we were staying in the centre of paris. Anyway the... More

After my one visit to the D place, I have never returned. Asteroid is an altogether better experience - less schmaltz and shorter queues. It's cheaper too and when in France you should do as the French do. Great group rates and the shows were amusing. I was fooled by the Roman show. If you have no stomach for big... More

I managed to persuade our 9 year old that this was a much better option than Disneyland Paris. She was sceptical initially but completely agreed with me - the rides are much better, it's much quieter and cheaper!

This is a really good theme park, for all ages, and the only reason it does not get five stars is to do with your arrival. Having booked tickets online for a theme park that can only be reached by road we were met with a car park fee of another €10. Admittedly I expected a charge - the website... More
