It's a shame this is practically the only way to see the Scandala nature reserve. Despite it being low season, the boat was very busy - not necessarily a bad thing but the design of the boat means many have to sit inside with poor views of the scenery. Make sure you turn up well ahead of the sailing time... More

We wanted to find a trip to see the Scandola Nature Reserve, and we're able to do so with the Columbo line. They responded to our written inquiries promptly and gave us advice on best ways to schedule the trip, weather permitting. We did the half day excursion, and we're hesitant because of the weather forecast for rain, but since... More

Tourist boat trips can be a bit unremarkable but what impressed us about this company was their professionalism and obvious commitment to making sure that you had a good day. We took the 8 hour tour to the Scandola nature reserve, Capu Rossu and Ajaccio. The Corsican coastline here is testament to its violent geological past with immense cliffs of... More

An absolutely beautiful day! Breathtaking views, friendly crew, and gorgeous geological formations. We had a wonderful lunch after docking at Girolta. I don't understand other people's comments regarding the cost. We spent 60 Euros each for an amazing adventure, I expected it to be much higher. I would definitely recommend this tour!

The overall score I give Colombo Line tour we have done is an average between the natural wonder of the Scandola cliffs (certainly one of the most amazing lanscapes not only of Corsica, but in my opinion of the whole Mediterranean) and the management of the excursion by the company. The performances of the vessels or the professionalism of the... More

we took the afternoon trip, where you don't leave the boat. I may have had unrealistic expectations, but as said before on this site: the rock formations start to get boring after a while and it's not really worth the steep price. Wouldn't do it again ...

We did the national reservation and village visit, departing 9.15 and returning 15.00. While the scenery is nice, it is rather repetetive with the same rock formation getting a tad boring to look at after 2 hours. In addition to this there was absolutly no wildlife to be seen. The stop over in the village was dissapointing too. We had... More
