We loved our trip! Joe our guide was funny and informative and the jet boat ride was a great way of getting to the walk to the Bridge, which is quite literally in the middle of nowhere. The highlight though was undoubtedly when we got dropped off at the lodge and paddled for a couple of hours as a family,... More

This is a fantastic excursion from Pipiriki up the beautiful Wanganui River to a walk in iconic New Zealand bush to The Bridge to Nowhere. We have been on other NZ jet boat excursions and white watering on the Colorado, and this trip rates. So many options, canoeing, mountain biking, tramping, lodge stay, or camping ground. We had limited time... More

We were both really looking forward to our trip up the river, an overnight stay in the lodge and then the Bridge to Nowhere trip the following day. Right from the start we have had problems with this company, problems getting an initial response, eventually contacted GrabOne for help, problems getting them to confirm the date and the time. Each... More

Thankfully, we had no problem with going up the river, seeing the bridge to nowhere and canoeing about 13k back before being picked up by the jet boat and treated to some wheelie spin equivalents on the river. Not sure what rapids the 'negative' canoe experts had problems with? I hadn't been in a canoe since 1969 (and that was... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our day out with this tour. The leader Ben is a real asset to the business. The trip in the boat was great with majestic scenery. A tip would be to wear clothes to allow for the fact it is cooler when the boat is in motion. Glasses good to keep the wind out of your eyes.... More

I was very fortunate to be part of a work group on this tour this month. We first boarded the jet boat at Pipiriki, and as we went upstream, we were given brief history lessons along the way. The river was reasonably low, and provided fantastic views of the surroundings - this place is absolutely stunning with native scrub and... More

Thought this was good value for money - guide very friendly and informative of the local history and very obliging. Gave use some 360s spins to add to the excitement. Good jet boat. Easy walk to the bridge - a must do. Scenery fantastic

This is one of the best experiences in NZ we had during our long stay. A jetboat tour starting in the middle of nowhere heading stream up for one hour. Captains were nice, funny, relaxed and experienced father and son who live there for ages. This environment is so impressing and beautyful, unspoiled and endless. The boat brings you to... More

Our family bought us the tickets for this trip as a birthday present to me. I can honestly say it was the best birthday present I have had in my 70 years. Ben, our guide, had a great sense of humour, great knowledge of the area and it's history and was an expert at handling the jet boat. The awesome... More

We have wanted to do the Bridge to Nowhere trip for a few years & finally decided to go. Booked the previous day & were lucky they had space. The guide, Ben, was excellent. Great trip, over an hour each way on the water; lovely bush walk of about 40 mins each way to the bridge. Cup of tea/coffee &... More
