Very disappointed in this store. I've even looked online at Lego Australia site, to find prices, was shocked to see this store even as high as $20 more on some items, what a rip off.

My husband and I drove almost two hours to get to this pitiful excuse for a lego specialty store. They certainly didn't have any rare or noteworthy sets. Everything i asked about was not available and the small amount of stock they did have was grossly over priced. They did offer to order in what I wanted but why bother... More

My grandsons 9 & 7 spent a wonderful 2 hours building Lego from the extensive range of kits. Also plenty of opportunity for the child to create their own masterpiece. The displays we viewed on their website were even more amazing and detailed than we expected. The staff were courteous and very helpful and happily provided any missing pieces. Individual... More

The staff here have zero customer service skills. They aren't helpful or knowledgable about their products. I am an adult, I am not going in to a specialty lego shop to have a look around. I clearly have an interest in collecting and money to spend, yet the staff here make no attempt to discuss my collection, sets I want... More

Went to a kids party here and the owner was so incredibly rude and terrible with children. There is a tiny playpen with old Duplo blocks in it that they charge $8.50 per hour per child to use for toddlers. Rediculous. The Lego is very over priced. I am stunned they are still in business.

We arrived to be told they were going to lunch so were practically kicked out of the shop. We returned 30 mins later but the customer service didn't improve much. The man and his female assistant were very unfriendly and we fellt like we were being watched like hawks. Thankfully my 9 year old decided he didn't want to stay... More

So much to see here, lego sets from the current range and from old. Train set up is just amazing.

Customer service was rude, can't beleive that they let these people deal with children. It says on their website you can come in and find the parts you want, so we drove across brisbane only to be dismissed and told we needed part numbers and we couldn't look through parts. Avoid at all costs
