We were 4 in a group and travelled all the way from CDO via bus to Butuan for 6 hours. From Butuan, we rode a van to Mangagoy with travel time of 4 hours -- yup, if you wish to visit this place, be mindful that you'll be sitting almost the entire day! We went to the falls from Paper... More

We travelled from Cagayan de Oro to Surigao del Sur for almost 7 hours(that's 400+kms) we went to Enchanted River and then Tinuy-an Falls. We were all tired, no sleep, no rest. From Puerto Princesa-Cagayan-Surigao in just a day and a half 😊 Me, personally, is my first time to see a waterfalls. The Tinuy-an falls didn't disappoint me. When... More

Wide, tall, and many layer waterfalls. The tallest one is good for swimming, it is 30ft deep so I rented life vest cost P30. Entrance is P50. I stayed overnight here to witness formation of rainbow about 7:30am by sunrise. Room cost P600 pesos for 2pax...it is good for 10persons at P1,000. I enjoyed waterfalls massage on upper later, the... More

This is a picturesque waterfall in the middle of no where.. a little long ride through rough farm roads but worth a trip.

It hadn't rained in 3 months in Bislig but the Tinuy-an Falls were still majestic to behold. The Niagra Falls of the Philippines, it is the biggest waterfall in the country. I tried the raft that takes you right under the main water falls : really fun! Our guide went above and beyond to take our pictures, swimming into the... More

The scenery was perfect, my cousins thought it was a man-made falls because of the layered stones. It looks like the Rice Terraces. Ps: It's more nice to go there at during BER Months so that the water's current would be very lovely! Really a God's Gift :)

From a far, the cascades might not look very high. Think again. So well worth the 2 hours habal-habal ride!

This was the conclusion of our attractions hopping in Surigao del Sur. We were informed that the falls wasn't at its grandest at that time because it's summer. Since it is a part of our itinerary, we pushed through. I would be awed if I had no idea what it would look like at its full blast, but the sight... More
