Beautiful beaches

The water is crystal clear and warm! Many of the beaches are rocky. Good idea to have water shoes to wear. If you forget to bring them there are many places you can purchase them.

Thank god we paid only for the flight because we were in my parent's house otherwise it would have been just a waste of money. We spent ten days in Tropea and we went above all to the 'baia di Riaci' beach, where I use to go when I was a child/teenager. On our way to the beach, on the... More

The beaches are very well maintained and have inexpensive amenities such as towels and lounge chairs, plus restaurants for good meals or snacks, drinks. Amazingly lovely!

Nice beach, people, sand, water and location! The only thing that is a little bad , is that there are a lot of people on the beach.

It's OK, not fantastic, but a very cute old Italian village on the ocean that has been well updated for tourists. Depends where you stay largely – see our reviews, one superb one awful. Not a destination in our books, so many better places to go. But it is a nice small walking village and we even found a shoe... More

The beach was very nice. We had our own section of the beach for Villaggio L'olivara visitors. The only thing I did not like was the gravel you had to walk on to get to the water. You need to wear flip flops to walk.

My friend and I stayed the whole day here and I must say that this beachis awesome: In front you have a crystalclear sea, in the back you have buildings created on rocks! A must if you go to Tropea!
