loved the restaurants on the beach, great food, loved the water and beach activities surrounding us. Did not like: the rocky sand was a little hard to get used to on the feet, strongly recommend water shoes and the beach vendors harassing you every 10 seconds.

Stairs up and down to beach were great to work out the pizza! It isn't for the lazy traveler! Wear good flip flops : beach is rocky. Not too crowded weekdays late September and clean 75 degree water...summer would probably bring towel to towel tourists.

One of the most beautiful places I've visited! Crystal clear clean water set next to high cliffs. Absolutely amazing! A must see!

Beautiful beach. You can pay 5 euro for 2 lounge chairs and stay for the whole day if you like. Be prepared for the small pebbles on the beach. It didn't bother me but it was a little challenging to walk on at times.

Actually several beaches walking distance in the area. There in Sept. water was warm, crystal clear, had a great time. Plenty of stalls/restaurants nearby selling drinks food etc. We were very lucky the annual Blues Festival was on while we were there, so some great music thrown in for free as well, it doesn't get much better than that! The views from this place are unbelievable! This place is heaven on earth! The water is crystal clear, sandy beach, very clean, worth visiting! Many small shops for souvenirs! Tried the pizza from a local restaurant which was amazing and not expensive at all. A must see in my opinion! Very tranquil and calming!

The scenery is breathtaking as the cathedral on the hill and the city on the plummeting rock on the other create a unique experience. The beach is sandy and very crowded on weekends and special holidays, but the water is very clean and needs to be tried.

The water is great but can get murky. Shame about pebbly beach. Frankly given the fame of this beach we expected more. Capo Vaticano is much better
