I have taken cooking classes in various parts of the world. Cooking class at Mama Agata is the most wonderful experience. Egg plant was not my favorite dish but Mama Agata's eggplant is amazing. We also learned how to make pizza and the fried pizza was the best pizza I ever had. If you ever visit Amalfi coast, you have... More

We have been back home for over a week, and are still talking about the wonderful day we had at Mamma Agata's cookery class. We told so many of our friends about it and have even made (successfully I might add!) the lemon chicken with fennel salad that was demonstrated on the day. The recipe was really easy to follow... Whether you are an experienced cook wanting to learn a bit more about Italian cuisine, or want to be surrounded by the Italian way of life, or just want to eat great food, a day with Chiara and Mamma Agata has something for everyone. I loved every minute of soaking up Chiara's love for great food, her family, and indeed... More

It is special to be invited into someone home kitchen to learn the secrets of Italian cooking. It was a fabulous day from the minute we walked in and had lemon cake on the terrace on the cliff face overlooking the beautiful sea. The food, the wine, the company, the views, the atmosphere- I will never forget.

My husband and I spent a wonderful day at the school. The views from the patio where you gather to eat lunch are gorgeous (better even than the website photos), as are the gardens below. The cooking lesson by Mamma Agata was very interesting and extensive, the many dishes prepared were delicious (the eggplant parmesan is truly fantastic). Chiara is... More

My husband, 17 year old son and I went to Mamma Agata's cooking school on March 14. After reading the reviews on Trip Advisor, we knew it was something that we could not miss. What a stunning view and beautiful home!! You feel very welcome the second you step into the door. They are a very loving family and enjoy... More

From the moment my mom and I arrived at Mamma Agata's, we were treated with warmth and enthusiasm! We were immediately fed AMAZING lemon cake (Chiara even had a special lactose free cake to accommodate my dairy allergy) and coffee. The view is spectacular, the food unbelievably delicious and authentic, and the company is the best around. We loved talking... More

From the moment of arrival we felt welcome. It was truly an amazing day as Mamma and Chiara shared their cooking secrets and we were able to enjoy Mamma's beautiful home. What an amazing place! This was one of my favorite experiences during my trip to Italy. I would highly recommend the experience.

This was one of the coolest things we've done. It was very expensive and there were three of us, but I am very glad we splurged. Mamma and Chiarra and the fabulous group of people we were seated with made it a fun afternoon. It is more of a cooking demonstration than a cooking class, but my husband picked up... More

My day at Mama Agata's was a perfect Italian day. I spent 3 weeks traveling around Italy and nothing compared to the experience of learning to cook authentic cuisine, drinking wine made there on the property and eating the wonderful meal to finish out the day. The class was very interactive. I made this trip on my own so it... More
