If you are interested in Italian food, do this, if your feel you can afford it. The best thing we did in Ravello, regardless of price. The hosts are marvellous, the cooking lesson very interesting and useful . We are still enjoying the tips Mama Agatha and her wonderful English-speaking daughter gave us.You can tell from the pictures that we... More

I do not have the words nor the amount of space in this review to describe what an amazing experience this was. From the time when you walk in, you feel as if you are part of the family. The garden is amazing and the lessons that we learned were easy to follow and very easy to try once we... More

My mother and I experienced the magic that is the home of this incredible traditional family in July 2015. I am a student and without a lot of money, but I am so glad that I worked it in to my travel budget to experience this. I love food, and it was spectacular. We were welcomed to the terrace, to... An amazing experience! Chiara (Mamma Agata's daughter) is a rock star; she is extremely personable and goes out of her way to make each of her guests feel at home. The cooking class is a wonderful mix of learning traditional Italian dishes, receiving helpful recipe tips, and an incredible amount of eating. While there might not be as many hands... More

My husband planned this trip to Almalfi specifically for the Mamma Agata Cooking Class. We booked well in advance and were so excited for this to be the highlight of our trip to the Coast. One week before we were scheduled to depart, November 2014, we received an email from Mamma stating there was a family emergency and they had... More

From the minute you enter, Chiara makes you feel welcome and at home. Everything was so delicious and we met so many wonderful people, all sharing in the fantastic experience of cooking and eating and drinking wine! Everyone should make this a must on their trip to the Amalfi Coast!

This was by far my favorite day in my 17 day tour of Italy & France. I was fortunate enough to attend from a waiting list. The food and hospitality are second to none. I wanted an authentic cooking class of basic homemade italian dishes like a Nonna would make for her family. I was not disappointed and they exceeded... More

This was hands down one of the best days of our trip and I wish that I could go every week. From the first second....to the last second (8+ hours later)...there was not one minute that we didn't enjoy. INCREDIBLE AND A MUST DO

Stop reading this review and email Chiara to get on her waiting list. No, seriously, this review will still be here when you get back but your spot in this class is ticking away. So, go. Get on the list. Trust me.... A friend of mine hadn't stressed enough that it was her favorite thing she had done while on... More
