Maybe because I'd just come from Taormina in Sicily, maybe because in Australia we have some of the best beaches in the world, but I didn't rate this beach. Not as nice as others I've been to, and I just didn't get the Positano vibe. There are other nicer places to go.

I did like to just have one or two days here. I think it is something to be experienced. The location is wonderful, with so many amenities close by. I love that the only thing you need at the beach, and many in Italy are your sunglasses and suit. You just get your umbrella and chair on site!

It's a great big beautiful beach. The view behind you is almost better than the water in front. Bring your own towel or rent the beach chairs, you're on holiday...expect to spend cash on things you wouldn't normally at home.

Okay on a hoy day if you can find a space. The water is very nice but we are totally spoilt in Australia with our long, rambling stretches of white, pure sand.

The commercial beach with out the personality. Move on to the close by way better alternative Fornillo beach for a happier day.

The beach consists of small and medium size stones that the locals get used to but you won't. You will need sandals or shoes. Water cleanliness at the public portion of the beach was poor due to boat traffic from the nearby dock. The public portion of the beach is too small for the number of people. The "serviced" part... Beautiful beach, with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas for everyone. You have to pay for the service, but well worth it. You have access to wiifii while on the beach, and service to order food if desired. This is a rocky beach, so highly recommend bringing water shoes with you!

We arrived via boat from Amalfi, to see the coast from the sea is something you would never experience if you drove there. As the boat got closer and closer the beauty got better and better. This was the most beautiful town we visited on our two week trip to Italy. The beach itself consisted of rock, pebbles, and coarse... More

Very noisy and costs almost twice the price (for a sunbrella and two loungechairs) of the smaller beach on the other side of the hill.

Ouch...very beautiful view of the sea and Positano up the hill but it's a cobble beach - very rocky. Bring beach shoes to walk on the rocks. Look for all the beautiful beach glass by the shore.
