Lovely place just above the beach at Postiano, behind the church. The AC in our first room didn't work and they had to switch us. Other than that, no complaints.

A lovely setting away from the crowds. A beautiful garden setting with great food. Plenty of local dishes. Excellent local wine list. Moderately expensive but well worth it. Good bang for buck. Service was lacking a little, and it wasn't all that busy. But don't let the service hold you back, it's still a great restaurant.

I did not stay nor eat at the hotel, given the high prices but the garden restaurant looked so inviting. Imagine dining under the canopies of lush greenery during the day, and surrounded by candle light for night dining. The hotel interior is gorgeous...simple, elegant and since it was once a monastery, the architecture was severe but attractively so. The doors... More

Stumbled upon this place for lunch one day while in Positano. We sat outside in the courtyard garden surrounded by lemon trees. Such a pretty setting. About three times, we saw lemons drop right from the trees. They were huge! Since we ate lunch at a sort of an "off-hour", the place wasn't crowded but there were definitely a fair... More

Great food, fab setting, beautiful gardens and amazing service. The staff couldn't do enough for us with a small baby and we would recommend to all to visit here.

The restaurant at the Palazzo is one of the best in Positani. Dining under the stars! This is in the fine dining category but the food is very well presented and excellent flavours and textures. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable, they clearly take pride in their work. Wine list is extensive and bargins can be had expecially if you... More

Beautiful hotel situated conveniently in Positano to the ferry docks, several great shops, and some delicious restaurants. Service, from the porters when you arrive to checkout, is very thorough and friendly. Front dest staff was overly accommodating with recommendations, directions, etc. Antonio is fast with the drinks and knows how to make them. Breakfast is an average European buffet with... More

We came here for dinner last year and decided this year to stay here for our holiday. It was excellent. The hotel is beautiful, the staff very attentive. Nothing but praise for it all. We will be going back!! Breakfast views on the terrace are amazing!!

We had lunch outside on the beautiful terrace full of luxuriant vegetation, including bougainvillea, yucca, vines and the ever present lemon trees. The Palazzo Murat is indeed a little palazzo, spacious and elegant and I would have expected more spectacular cuisine. However the dishes were good; my steak was fine, and the salad very well presented. We had a pleasant,... More

Great setting, okay food, average service. I'd recommend instead having a romantic meal on one of Positano's beautiful terraces.
