A great walk and stunning scenery. We did the walk from Arienzo, near to Positano following the many steps up to Nocelle and the start of the walk, proper. There are however hourly buses from Positano which will take you up to Nocelle to save you many of the steps. The walk itself meanders though a mixture of wooded areas,... More

I went from Positano to,Amalfi by jet ferry to meet a friend for lunch and decided to do the walk back in the afternoon. To begin with, the challenge was trying to get the bus driver to understand my Australian English pronunciation of Bomerano. He didn't get it, but a few helpful locals did. So I was able to get... Nice walk with lovely views. Make sure to take lots of pictures. If you return to Positano via Nocelle, the pedestrian streets can be confusing.

Did the route from Priano to Positano. Walked from the hotel up hill to the start of the walk. It is then steps straight up for approx 600 meters and then 5km across the top of the hills to Nocelle. You will need to be reasonaly fit and wear walking boots to do this walk. It is not for the... More

We took the bus up to here from Positano, about a 30 minute ride. After getting off we walked down to Positano, later finding out is was over 1700 steps down to street level and then quite a walk on the street back. The views were certainly worth the trip and going up on the bus and walking down was... More

Maurizio is part botanist, part geologist, part historian and an all round joy to be with. He met us at our hotel in Praiano and guided us on a fabulous walk of the gods from Praiano to Nocelle. One of the highlights of the walk was to visit his farm in the high hills and enjoy fresh plums, lemons and... More

We were staying in Nocelle so we decided to take the bus to Boomerano and walk from there to Nocelle. The Bus rides took a little bit longer than expected as it's a 30 min ride from Nocelle - Positano, and then Positano - Amalfi is about 50 mins and finally Amalfi - Boomerano is about 40 mins. The walk... More

The reviews in Trip Advisor were great to help us to visit the Sentiero with few time. We take the car and stop in Nocelle , then half of the path we walk to take good pictures.
