Trains from this station are very efficient and take you to many great Tuscan towns. Although can be frustrating when booking office is closed and machines are on a "go slow"

The main station of Montecatini is little, does not offer public toilets for travellers, there is one ticket office, a bar and another shop outside. There are two parkings, one near the station, another overside.

There are no trains between 10am and 1pm each day. The ticket officer gave us a series of incorrect information about the bus to Pisa.

Not a very pretty station but it is convenient and it has the bus station outside it. Watch out for sudden changes of platforms - usually heralded by Italians suddenly crossing the lines illegally as there is a subway.

The station is situated right in the centre of Montecatini. The signage is good and the station clean and the staff friendly

Full of space and character. Lots of detail from the period. Watch as 2 stations in this small town.

ticket office closed weekends may find hold ups at ticket machines. easier to buy tickets previous .only need to validate on day of travel

ticket person not helpful but no unusual for italy. Train to Lucca delayed 2 hours when I went to get a ticket.
