The Zeni land and museum is absolutely beautiful and the wine is amazing and well-priced. However, what REALLY stood out was the friendly service!!! These people clearly love their job and want to share their interests with others! I will definitely go back and bring others!

Regularly I bring family and friends to Zeni. The Open cantina is a good chance for them to sell a lot of wine and bring in new customers. Mostly there are tourists going in and out of Zeni every day during the summer. It's a hopping place. In fact I like it. The one star today is the customer service.... More

Dear Mrs Colette, First of all thanks for your visit. We are really sorry about Sunday and your opinion about our customer service. Once a year we organize this special event “Cantine Aperte”, in order to welcome a lot of people and show them our job, our wine culture, our traditions and also to have fun! During this event we... Worth coming to this lovely we winary, with a small but Free museum and nice wine tasting area. The free wines area ok, but the paid for tasting is much better. Could do with an actual bar so you could but a full glass of wine and look over the lake. Defiantly worth a visit

Whilst holidaying in the area our family booked a wine tour, it was fantastic. We booked the tour where you could taste four wines and also ordered snacks. Sarah led our tour, she was informative, friendly and a great ambassador for the company. Would highly recommend the tour.

We decided to take the long walk up to the museum on a rainy day. It was packed when we arrived with a tour group who we're being given a guided tour of the whole area. We were just left to wander round a small museum on our own. When we got to the tasting room we're were asked if... More

As part of our Italy Wine Tour from the US, we stopped at Zeni Winery for a first hand look at how wine is produced from the vineyard to the table. Sara, our guide was very knowledgeable and provided our group with a very welcoming and warm tour through the museum, vineyards and facility. The winery is located in Bardolina... More

Sara (or Sarah) - the guide that made it all super-special. Thanks a bunch! The place it self, museum and hospitality is very welcoming, down to earth and made us feel Zeni family being around and ensuring that all they do is for a client and wine culture itself. Wine is amazing too and Zeni acquired another 7 fans for... More

Don't bother with the 'free' samples - treat yourself by paying E7 to taste the 3 Amarone wines. The museum is well worth a visit, even if you do not wish to partake of the wine samples. And do use a taxi to visit - otherwise it is a demanding uphill walk - OK to walk downhill back into Bardolino.
