We used Sicily Blues Tours for our port day in Sicily. Alfie had a prior commitment so he provided Angelo, with whom we had a truly beautiful day. Angelo, who speaks excellent English, shared his passion for Sicily and provided a view of the charm, history and agriculture of Sicily. He was kind and warm, and his knowledge of the... More

Alfie picked us up at the cruise port and our adventure began. We drove to a Sicilian pastry shop and tasted a delicious canoli, then we drove up to Monreale and visited the beautiful Cathedral. After a quick walk through Monreale we drove along the countryside of Sicily towards my grandfather's home town of Valledolmo. We stopped along the roadside... More

We spent 5 days with Alfie . He is so passionate & knowledgeable about Sicily. And he is a joy to be with. We went searching for our ancestors in 2 small villages and found lots of them. Without Alfie's detective skills it would not have been possible. We went to the town hall and got copies of the birth... More

Alfie is simply amazing. He is worth every cent of his modest daily fee. From morning to night he only mission is to make sure your experience exceeds your expectations. I feel like I now have a brother in Sicily. He speaks perfect english, is an excellent guide and a very safe driver. I highly recommend him and hope you... More

Alfie Orlando is an excellent guide for his beloved Sicily. He speaks English extremely well and has numerous contacts throughout his native island who obviously respect him. He also knows all of the best sites and how best to access services. Dining is a true delight with this former chef and restaurant owner. His knowledge of cuisine and complimentary wine... More

We used Blue's Tours for a one-day trip to Piazza Amerina & the Villa Cassale, Caltigirone, and transport to Siracusa from Agrigento. Alfie, who speaks perfect English with an Australian accent, has a wealth of information about the culture, agriculture, history (both present and Past) of Sicily, is simply a delight. He is funny, knowledgeable, and passionate about his home.... More

Alfie from Sicily Blues Tours was absolutely the highlight of our Mediterranean vacation. We spent 3 jammed packed full days touring Palermo to Agrigento to areas in between and beyond. Alfie made the stay in Sicily very special and memorable. When we return will not hesitate to utilize his services again.

Blue Tours "captained" by Alfonso Orlando was a trip of a lifetime for my wife and me. Alfie picked us up in Palermo, showed us the sites, including stops at local cafe's and bakery's, and we drove to Cefalu and walked the midieval streets of this beautiful costal town. Then off to Taormina for two memorable days. Alfi took us... More

This was our fourth time to Italy and we decided on a week in Tuscany and then a week in Sicily. This was our first time to the Sicily area. For the Sicily portion, the two of us spent a week with a recommended tour guide of Sicily named Alfonso "Alfie" Orlando of Blue's Taxi. We were very hesitant about... More
