Husband drove up half way and it was incredible! Windy, scary and gorgeous! Didn't go all the way but worth every second! More

This was a pretty scary drive, especially since there was so much fog you couldn't see 4 feet in front of the car. The road is so narrow that only one car can fit. Luckily for us we never had an encounter with another car. Even though it is a little scary I would recommend doing it. More

We finshed our tour of Dingle and the area by driving through the Conor Pass and up to Tralee. As soon as we left Dingle in the sunshine and headed up in to the mountains we entered a hail stone shower. We pulled over and looked down behind us to see how the weather was changing. Was funny. Temperature suddenly... More

If you are in Dingle and have a car it will be worth your while to wait until the weather is clear and drive up to Conor Pass. The views are incredible. The drive from central Dingle to the pass is on a good road that is not very crowded. If the weater is cloudy you won't be able to... More

We drove through the Conor Pass on our way from Doolin to Dingle and are very happy we did. Spectacular views during the drive and great places to pull over and walk around and take photos. There are some "exciting" moments on the drive with a few "blind curves" and two way traffic on a single lane road but overall... More

This was an excellent stop during our trip to Ireland. We stumbled upon it as we left Dingle on our way to Doolin. The drive through the Conor Pass pass was great with a nice area to pull off and enjoy the views. The weather was great that day although it was still a little hazy looking back towards the... More

The Conor Pass has breathtaking views and a breathtakingly narrow road, one lane up the mountain, with the same lane going down. We were lucky and didn't have to back up. Coming from Listowel, we stopped at the waterfall parking lot below the summit first to get a sense of the area and an awesome view, then up to the... More

The Conor Pass is a *very* hairy bit of road. It bisects the Dingle Peninsula, through the middle of the mountains. Although the road is sealed it's very narrow, and at worst there is nowhere to pass an oncoming car, so lots of backing u, while avoiding sheer drop-offs. Don't take a camper van etc! The view is breathtaking, even... More

We had heard about the famous Conor Pass and wanted to see it for ourselves. It really is a hidden treasure and haunting in its surprise of mile after mile of mountain roads - very narrow with not much room for a second vehicle, but it is more than worth the trouble for it is an aboslute delight to the... After driving the Dingle peninsula, we drove through Conor Pass. It is breath taking-ly beautiful. I will say, it is nice to have a guide book telling you when to look because so much in Dingle is beautiful, you might miss the best stop. We did and finally found the perfect stop. More
