I really wanted to go on this cable car, so I did enjoy it. The entrance is well maintained and is clean and organized with good toilet facilities. The cable car is expensive, but an interesting experience.

It's a very wonderful ride of around 8 minutes. You can see all round you sitting inside the cable car. It's exciting to see the trees, hills, river, houses below you. It was more exciting while returning back from the temple. The cable car goes steep down the hill providing you a very thrilling experience. Cable cars are clean and... More

We arrived there in the afternoon, on a festival day, and we had to wait in line for a few HOURS. But it was not that boring: people had brought goats and chickens along with them to be sacrificed. The cable-car feels very safe, and it's the only way to get to the temple unless you want to take a... More

An amazing experience. The view is fantastic, very well organised. The only thing that is bad is the attitude of the restaurant and stall owners, they work exactly according to the clock. When i requested the person on the counter for food he very rudely told me that it is not possible to serve. Even the fast food stalls, the... More

Yes, this attraction is 20 USD for foreigners yet less than 6 USD for Nepalis. So what? It's worth every penny! It was our favorite part of our trip to Nepal. And not to mention, the people of Nepal deserve something nice. If foreigners help subsidize this cable car, so be it. I highly recommend eating at the restaurant at... More
