The acetaia is in a wonderful location in the countryside north of Modena. This family run estate offers a brilliant insight into the hard work and years of dedication that go into making traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena. Acetaia del Cristo is in a stunning location just outside Modena. Daniele was our guide and he explained in brilliant English the whole process of making real Modenese balsamic vinegar, very different to the balsamic vinegar we are used to. Lovely family run estate in the middle of the beautiful Modena countryside.
