Played Shannon Lake GC this past Sunday. The greens are in great shape and overall the course offers good value for golf in west Kelowna. Power carts are GPS equipped which certainly helps get you around an unfamiliar track. We teed up just before 10 am and finished the round 4 hours and 5 minutes later. Good pace. The staff... More

We attended the Shannon Lake Golf Course for a rehersal dinner on a Friday night. They have two menus to choose from, one being cheaper than the other. We ordered the ceasar salad and dry ribs - it fed two of us nicely and the ceasar sald was awesome along with the dry ribs. There was everything available to choose... More

Course was in great shape, greens were demanding and took time to read, possible would slow down play, * min tee time intervals and took 4:15 mins to play. Clubhouse being rebuilt as it was burnt down, expected to be done by Sept or Oct 2014. Overall a nice course with some pretty views and holes. Worthwhile playing.

They overload the course with golfers (7 minute intervals) so it takes over 5 hours to play. About half of the course is absolutely beautiful the other half is average. There is no clubhouse just a construction trailer.

Slipped in here for lunch the other day, were planning on sitting outside, but the patio was booked out, but lovely and cool inside and the atmosphere was really nice. Relaxed, friendly staff were chatty and knowledgeable, plus they have some good local beers on tap if you're keen. Portions a little on the hefty side, but not just filled... More

A magnificent test of golf. The course and greens are perfect and the staff is extra friendly and helpful. This is easily the prettiest course we have played in Canada. Although the club house burned down in May, so there is limited food available, it did not affect the great golf. Would play there again in a heartbeat, and would... More

This was our third time playing this course, returning for the variety, the terrain up and down and dogleg, often challenging but enjoyable for average and good golfers.

Hopefully the extra money being put into building a new clubhouse will also be directed to improving general course conditions. The old clubhouse was a disgrace with only deep fried food. The new manager could well make it a lot better but he needs support from the owners if he is to succeed.

This course is not an easy course for a new player. It offers a lot of terrain and challenging holes. Unfortunately the club house burned this spring, so they are running the services out of trailers, but that has not affected the quality of the course itself

Good course, well maintained. Currently no clubhouse due to recent fire however a great outdoor BBQ area. Friendly staff, best course in West Kelowna.
