You could see outside from the inside through the gap round the door x shower room again was adequate but very tired .the food ( half board) was very... More

This is a beautiful though very windswept coastal area just North of Weston-Super-Mare. It has shingle and sand beach that leads to Sand Point, a lovely though very blustery walk. Dogs are allowed all year round and as it is quiet and little known there are not normally many other dogs about. The only drawback, and it is a major... More

A pleasant place. I often take a trip to visit Sand Bay near weston-super-mare as there is a lovely beech there to walk along in warm summer evening's. Also some nice eating venues too. One being The Commador just on the sea front road side. Also you can actually walk through the woods from weston-super-mare to Sand Bay if you... More

Great for a walk with the dog or family, small cafe at the top end of sand bay. Not commercialized so don't expect shops and ice cream parlous. A very different experience from Weston beach.

Took the 100 bus from Weston Super Mare. The return journey was good and worth £3.70 per person, but nothing in Sand Bay. Didn't even get off the bus

Wide bay with a long sand beach all along. Very quiet when visited as it is 'over the hill' from Weston Super Mare and not commercialised.

Went on the bus and the run was quite good with some good scenery but also some of the lesser sights of Weston leaving nothing to the imagination. However a good place for a walk to get the ozones but no too much to do.

A lovely beach without all of the business and chaos of Weston Sea front. It is very easy to get to as the open top bus leaves from Weston pier and arrives right on the sea front, and that in itself is a lovely ride. There is not much of anything at sand bay, just a bus stop, a kiosk... More

No amusements, ice cream outlets or kiss me quick hats or shops selling tat to the holidaymakers. Just a beach, proper cafe and toilets. Perfect. The beach is clean and great for walking the dog or just walking. Go right to the end and you reach Sand Point which is another lovely peaceful walk. Great for getting away from the hustle and...
