Even in the height of summer this beautiful beach remains quiet. Out of season its usually deserted. Nothing here but a small cafe half way along and an ice cream van at the far end. You can walk dogs all year round, either on the beach or the pathway above the beach. Theres a car park half way along (free-... More

Not a great deal to see, or do, but if you want to spend a very peaceful half hour or so, find a seat and get your book out. We drove along the coast, not much to spend your money on.

Not the easiest place to get to and not an awful lot there in the way of amusements or shops....BUT.... it is a truly stunning and beautiful place, you can walk for a very long way across the sand dunes , or the beach, there are several car parks that are mostly free, there is a small but lovely tea... We love this place. Sand dunes, hardly any tourists, good for dog, fab dog friendly hotel serving good meals. Tea shop halfway down beach front. Best ice-cream ever according to my fussy daughter at the far end of the beach. Can't wait to go back.

Fabulous open beach which is great for walkers, joggers and exercising dogs and horses. Don't go too far out though as you'll have problems with the mud but there are plenty of signs saying where you're safe. There is also a grass walk alongside the beach for those who don't like sand. A small cafe to enjoy a cup of... More

Everywhere was clean and well maintained. Even the beach had a tractor to collect the seaweed washed ashore, and maintain a perfect sandy beach.

Great place for a walk, and for the fit ones a great promontory offering splendid views, if you have the stamina, this is a natural beach area, unlike the manicured beach of Weston itself.
