Went for Sunday lunch, excellent lunch, beautiful surroundings with lovely staff. The staff advised us to arrive early as they had a coach load of people coming in. Things worked like clockwork, well managed no fuss, good experience and good food,

Great view of the falls after it's been raining. You stand on the bridge directly above the falls and at the right time of year can see the salmon leaping.

Visited a couple of times. Access is difficult to get down to the water (you're not supposed to) but the water is great when in full torrent and pretty close to Banchory so easy to get to. THe sound of the water in full torrent is amazing but certainly doesn't compare with the Rhein falz, Angel falls or Niagra, much... More

Loved the falls and the raging river, its a beautiful place. This is reflected by the amount of people that have placed their padlocks of love with messages on. nice

After the heavy rain we decided to have a look at the Falls of Feugh. Despite having lived in Banchory for over 20 years the Falls of Feugh still holds some fascination after bad weather. The river was pretty high (has been higher) but was still impressive. The additional of peoples 'love padlocks' on the bridge add to the scene.... More

A smallish but visually impressive cataract, which would be even better after a period of heavy rain, unfortunately we visited during quite a dry spell

Beautiful, relaxing waterfall. It was amazing to see the salmon leaping. A must to see when in the area when the Salmon are in season.

Everyone should visit and spend time watching the salmon leap upstream. The river was in spate during this visit and the roar is impressive!

Those amazing salmon, flinging themselves up the rocks and falling back. The river was in spate today and the sun came out and it was well worth the slight diversion from Banchory. Pretty views. It is not really a waterfall though, more like longish rapids.

What a great place to visit for all ages and abilities. You can simply stand on the bridge and admire the rushing water or if you're feeling energetic there's some good walks just a wee bit along. A great place to take a picnic, go for the walk and pass a lazy day with the family.
