My husband was keen to stop here in the hope of seeing "leaping salmon". Sadly that didn't happen. A local assured us that as there had been so much rain, the volume of water was too strong for the salmon. Still a very pretty river view and worth the stopover.

we were on route towards Drum Castle when we spotted a sign for Falls of Feugh. There is a car park nearby, and it is worth stopping here and taking the short walk back to the falls. They were lovely.

I haven't visited for a full meal yet but I have been a couple of times for coffee and cake. Beautiful place in beautiful surroundings. The menus look excellent and I look forward to going for dinner soon.

This is a lovely spot to watch the river over the falls and if you go at the right time of year see salmon jumping up the falls

I'm lucky enough to live only 3 miles from the Falls and cross it every day to and from work. I especially like photographing the view looking upstream. Spectacular photos can be taken from the bridge during all four seasons and to date I haven't made up my mind as to which season's photos I like best. Brilliant photos can... More

Falls of Feugh was a little find we found whilst looking on the internet, what a stunning place, the day we went there was no salmon leaping which was disappointing but the view is amazing and the sun shining through the trees made the falls look even more beautiful. Will be stunning in the summer! The little quaint tea shop... More

Went for Sunday lunch, excellent lunch, beautiful surroundings with lovely staff. The staff advised us to arrive early as they had a coach load of people coming in. Things worked like clockwork, well managed no fuss, good experience and good food,

Great view of the falls after it's been raining. You stand on the bridge directly above the falls and at the right time of year can see the salmon leaping.

Visited a couple of times. Access is difficult to get down to the water (you're not supposed to) but the water is great when in full torrent and pretty close to Banchory so easy to get to. THe sound of the water in full torrent is amazing but certainly doesn't compare with the Rhein falz, Angel falls or Niagra, much... More
