We have been visiting this successful vineyard for nearly 10 years and have stayed in the cottage Lions Barn 7 times. This vineyard has achieved success through passion, hard work and total commitment not through free hand outs and corporate dinners Their wines, specially Cornwall Brut and Bacchus can out do both French Champagne and Sancerre any day. They deserve... More

We are regular visitors to this lovely place. Situated in a pretty valley, not far from Wadebridge, this place is the home of Camel Valley Wines. Our favourite is the Camel Valley Brut, which gives any Frnch champagne a run for its mone! Delightful to sit on the beautiful terrace, overlooking the vines and the valley, enjoying a sip (or... This beautiful vineyard is well worth a visit. The setting is exquisite and you can enjoy your lasting overlooking the vines and the Camel Valley. Wines traverse the spectrum of reds, whites and sparking but it is the sparklings which have won significant awards. You can buy small glasses to taste the full range and then choose your favourite to indulge... More

Unfortunately we were not in the area during the times when they offer a grand tour and tasting but we did book on the standard tour (see their website), which was brilliant! Informative and eye-opening tour....but the best bit was the included glass of wine! We upgraded to bubbles (£1 more which is donated to a charity)- absolutely delicious english... More

The sparkling wine is good and I was interested whether the vineyard was an inspiring place. Unfortunately, the wheather was not good and the trip a long way. But I got my bottles to take home. So, in the end I am satisfied More

What a fun and informative evening we have just had at the Camel Valley Vineyard. Bob Lindo gave a great and informative tour, taking us through each stage of the wine production followed by a lovely wine tasting, showcasing some of their award winning wines. I am looking forward to drinking Annie's wine and the Atlantic Dry oh and then... More

Visited the first vineyard in the UK and it is really nicely organised for wine tasting or just having a glass of wine with perhaps a pic nic or some snack, just like in Napa Valley! We could not join any of the tours due to time constraints bt they sell half galsses of wine at a reasnable price and... More

We did the 'grand tour with wine tasting' and we very impressed by the tour. The guide was Mr Lindo (the owner and founder). He is a very engaging speaker - informative and a good sense of humour. Also the wines were great. The setting is in a lovely valley and we were lucky to have lovely sunshine too. Probably... More

We were bowled over by Mr. Lindo's enthusiasm and obvious passion whilst attending a tour. A step by step guide into the process of winemaking was most informative but also most entertaining. The icing on the cake was an actual tasting of the wines on offer - superb! We treated ourselves to six bottles to savour at home. A must... More

We had never truly taken in the skill needed to grow and make a good wine. Friendly and educational outing, with a big plus to taste the produce and buy some. More
