Always an absolute pleasure to go here and unwind, enjoy a bottle of wine or bubbly on the terrace overlooking the vineyard. The Family take great pride in the product and clearly it has no carbon footprint, being produced on the premises - cant get more home grown than that. This year we took the wine tour which was extremely... More

Wow, a hidden treasure in the hills of the Camel Valley. The long and winding road finally gets you to the treasure though. Sitting out overlooking the vineyards sipping the fantastic local wine was so relaxing, a place to visit and enjoy and buy some lovely British wine xx

We went on a tour of the vineyard and I have to say I wasn't looking forward to it, imagining it to be boring and too long. I was pleasantly surprised as it was interesting and informative and followed by a great glass of wine which was included in the price (an extra pound to a charity if you wanted... More

Following a great morning at Polmartin Riding Centre, we decided to have a more relaxed afternoon at Camel Valley Vineyard. I will admit I was slightly nervous about "information overload" when I signed up for the vineyard tour but came away really pleased. The vineyard is located in a beautiful valley with stunning views (even more stunning due to the... More

The Vineyard is located in one of the most beautiful idyllic rural valleys in Cornwall. We cycled along the Camel Trail to reach the vineyard and then joined a pre-booked Wednesday evening tour with the owner Bob Lindo. It was a beautiful sunny evening and we almost felt as we strolled around admiring the ripening vines with Bob, that we... More

Booked the grand tasting tour for my wife's birthday and we were not disappointed. The owner Bob took the tour who was very knowledgeable and engaging. He had many a tale which had the tour amazed and entertained. Wine was great, although my favourites were the white sparkling and white. (Generally a red wine drinker). We sampled 5 different wines... More

We thought we would 'give it a go' because it was a temperamental weather day. What a find! We arrived in time to join a short tour where our guide- the assistant wine maker was able to explain the process of wine making. She was knowledgable and interesting. At the end we were able to sample the wine by taking... More

A tour of this vineyard is not to be missed if visiting North Cornwall. The setting is idylic and beautiful whilst the wine produced is sublime. The owners enthusiasm and passion for growing and making wine is wonderful whilst the explanation of the processes followed by tastings is just marvellous.

Fantastic view and wonderful wine. Shame the lady serving was rather miserable and rather unwelcoming. We would have bought some wine but her attitude put us off. Fantastic vineyard though..

Very good afternoon tour booked, make sure you get there on time so you don't miss out! Really interesting to hear about the Camel Valley processes and grapes. Sparkling Rosé was a favourite of mine... may have bought a few bottles!!
