We have made the annual visit to Santa and buying our Christmas tree for many years now and upto this year have loved it. However this year it has been a total disappointment, not to mention feeling completely ripped off. The fee to see the big man himself has gone up from two pound fifty to six pounds! More than... Fantastic mountain biking in Dalby Forest, especially the Red Route. The biking is first class. Shame about the inconsiderate people who decided the Red Route would be a good place for their dog to run alongside their bike, getting in the way of the serious mountain bikers completing the route.

Our second year attending Ghoulish Gatherings 'Fear in the Forest' ! It was everything we expected and more, this year there were more strange occurrence's on your journey.. which was much to the delight of our party. We had hoped that the trail would venture deeper into the forest, *maybe for later time slots allowing younger visitors the closer route... More

Gorgeous forest, with excellent facilities for cyclists. We used both of the 'green' cycle paths and they are well maintained and great for family cycling. The path was fairly well signposted, apart from the absence of numbers, which appeared to be indicated in the pocket sized map we had bought. So it was easy to stay on the path, but... More

Tried the Segways which are for hire. Brilliant, really enjoyed it - would recommend. After training, travelled along the forest paths with 2 of the 'supervisors' - great fun!!

Visited Dalby Forest recently with 3yr old granddaughter and was very impressed. It costs £7 for the car park but there is plenty to do for children from 3+. My granddaughter loved the Gruffalo Trail(get the Gruffalo pack £2 from the visitor centre )Childrens outdoor playground very good, lots of climbing frames etc. Bikes for hire. Beautiful forest with many... More

A really fun couple of hours climbing and zip-wiring up in the trees. Highly recommended, but the £7 parking fee was a bit steep as it is the entrance price to the forest.

We did the Bridestone hike, well worth the hike up the hill and across the moors, so peaceful just the sound of the birds singing, the stones look amazing as the sunlight catches them. The views are amazing, the colours of the autumn trees and feathers against the stones and fantastic.

Good range of activities, Segway, mountain bikes and go ape. Good layout and very well looked after, very well organised although £7 for parking seems expensive.
