Great half day - book a time slot before you go. Then all will be revealed. A good fix if you have taken the kids / teenagers away from their computers. Very informative.

The whole of the exhibition is interactive and or 3D. The shows are particularly good as it gives one an insight into the terrain and the knowledge of Robert the Bruce over his English rivals. The girl leading the show was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions, finding out the answers to anything she didn't know (mostly about the... More

Already had a good knowledge of the story of the Battle but the exhibition was very informative and the different interactive aspects were a great way to learn more. But what I found to be most impressive was the battle game. My friends and I had great fun with our version of the battle and our host was great at... More

We went here after getting a voucher deal for the attraction, and i have to say, it was a wonderful trip, even in the snow and cold. The staff is amazingly informed, and they give a lot of information in a really fun and interesting way. The 3D exhibitions are impressive, and the battle room part of the tour is... More

My wife and I visited the centre yesterday with high hopes. We both know quite a bit about the art of interpretation in visitor centres and museums, so were eager to see the high-tech approach in action. I would echo other comments on tripadvisor that the online ticketing process is confusing. I really wasn't clear about the different options or... More

We are sorry to read that you and your wife did not enjoy your visit. Thank you for your feedback. We are reviewing the online booking system. When people have to wait we do run free weapon handling sessions and outdoor tours. It appears perhaps you visited on a weekday when we had school groups in. Therefore, could not provide... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the new 3D displays, and found it brought history to life in the Battle room, the feeling of standing on the actual battlefield with the arrows flying around you was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout, and there is an excellent, and reasonably priced restaurant on the site as well.

This place is amazing. The use of modern technology is phenomenal and enabled us to recreate the battle and and have a go at strategising to protect the our King ons table top battle game. There are life size 3D hologram type things that make you feel like you are in the battle. There was also an excellent dress up... More

I don't think it is value for money actually, however we had a good couple of hours and found it interesting. The three D room is excellent and very clever. I don't think it would hold the attention of children for very long especially younger ones. The staff are very informative and friendly and the cafe is very clean and... More

Sorry to read you did not fully enjoy the experience. Our exhibition is great for children and our award winning school program is fully booked until June. Our café prices are in keeping with other local attractions and as a charity every penny is spent on the upkeep of the exhibition, monuments and grounds which so may people enjoy for... More

This is a great attraction for all the family, even teenagers. The Battle of Bannockburn in 3D really is fantastic and makes the hairs on the back of your neck stand up. The Technology game at the end of the visit is fantastic and I was chosen as Edward II and my son as Robert the Bruce, which made for... More
