Took my 11 year old car loving nephew and we loved it! The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our visit. Fab range of cars and it made my nephew's day to meet the owner who was really lovely and friendly. Very tasty burgers on the bus as well! Great day out... More

We visited the museum on Saturday, mainly to bring my 13 year old step son who is obsessed with cars. It's lucky then that he loves modified vehicles because that's basically all there is to see, so he was happy. Unfortunately though the modifications are not particularly well done or interesting. I think to be honest the name of the... More

Thought it must be something special for £30 per adult. It wasn't. It was slightly cheaper by booking online but still wasn't worth £22.50. There was a reasonable selection of cars, mostly American, but very little by way of information about the cars. We were told that we could download the London Motor Museum app but after spending 20 minutes... More

When we visited it was pretty quiet, only about 10 other people that we see. The museum could do with better signage or group classification. We see 1 e type Jaguar which was not in the pristine condition I would expect from a museum. (My hubby is a huge jaguar enthusiast) On the plus side we were surprised by the... More

Some very interesting classic cars on show, must be seen. A nice clean motor museum in the centre of Hayes not expected. A few minutes from Hayes and Harlington Station.

I took my boyfriend here for his birthday as a surprise, and luckily he loved it. We got a cup of tea on arrival and thought the whole place was amazing. The cars were great, there was a cinema room which was also really good and the staff were attentive and friendly. Would definitely go here again.

I'm lucky enough to be in the car design business. What I want to see are cars restored to their former glory. This is what I was hoping for. What I saw was a collection of cars...rusty....With crap body kits.....It looked like Tesco car park in Dudley. There were a couple of nice examples, but the rest were just embarrassing.... More

I had taken a 14 year old boy here as he wanted to visit. For myself, I have no interest whatsoever in cars, motorbikes, old tractors etc but I found it very interesting. There were good themed collections and you could actually get close to the vehicles which was a nice surprise. The food was good at the bus but... More

We went here on a Saturday, and it was ok-not many people here. The place looked empty-no one was on the food bus eating? Yet it looks nice on the web page. So it took us at least 1 hour and 10 mins to look round and take photo's? So We are glad we never spent the family ticket for... More

Disappointed is not the word for a jumble of cars. No coordination in type, it is like a poor mans Car Giant. Cars with spares on the back seat, one with a bag of shopping, rusted heaps 105E Anglia nestled against more rusted heaps Minis, a tribute to Isopon and poor paints jobs. The crowning glory is the Super Car... More

Dear visitor, thank you for your review. It is most unfortunate that your visit did not meet with your satisfaction. The museum is home to over 200 vehicles on site and we have a rolling rotation in which some vehicles are changed so that returning customers are able to see cars not seen before. As a museum we have had... More
