I went with 6 kids aged 2-14, costing over £70 and to be honest was fairly disappointed, after 4hrs we had done everything and seen 2 "shows" but there was nothing to do In between shows, no play area for example so we were all a bit bored, if there was an area for the kids to play I would... More

I am sorry you were a bit disappointed and surprised you were bored as we do put on 14 talks, shows and animal encounters throughout the day for visitors to get involved with. These are all listed on the back of the map which is given out on entry. I do agree that we could do with an additional play... More

Good tip and totally agree. I sometimes get surprised at some of the footwear worn to a Wildlife Park! Thank you so much for your five stars and for noticing the new bits too. I personally need Gluten Free food too so have a vested interest in our menu! More

We first visited this park 2 years ago n were told it had just been taken over and the new owners had some big plans so we were keen to see what if anything had been done. I can honestly say I couldn't believe what they've achieved in 2 years (I'm a builder and I know how long projects can... More

Our group had a marvellous day but the younger members of it had the best day they could remember. We will be exploring around the park again sometime when we begin to forget what the park has to offer.

We visited Combe Martin park on 5 April with our 9 and 7-year-olds and had an excellent day out. The park is well kept with friendly staff and the animals all have lots of character. A key highlight for us was a meet and greet experience with Morgan the sea lion, who gave our daughters an unforgettable personal experience, including... More

We went on wed and thankfully the sun was out so it was a lovely warmish day. We was here a good 4-5 hours. We were a family of 5 adults and 2 children under 4. We stupidly parked at the top of the car parks, very steep coming down which we all found hilarious and had a great laugh.... More

Fantastic, what a great review despite the extra wear and tear on your weary legs. Think it was the noisy 'Gibbons' that you loved. At the moment we have not got any Baboons although there are some rescue ones coming to us at the end of May. Yes you are right, the Alpacas are not in their usual place at... More

Five stars, brilliant! We are so pleased that you all enjoyed your day with us. The fact that you loved the hills is fantastic!! We are aware that the valley may be difficult for some visitors but without it we wouldn't have the tropical trees and plants and natural streams and waterfalls that make this park so beautiful. The sea... More

We visited here for a locals weekend, Costing on £5 per person and it's still not worth that sadly. Only changes made from last year is a connection between the African section and the meerkats which was a good idea. I've never seen so many depressed animals. The lions looked suicidal, as did the depressed wolves. We attempted to watch... More

I am surprised you keep visiting us if you are disappointed each time. However it would have been more beneficial to speak with me while you were here so I was able to answer your points. You were only here in September, NOT a year ago as specified and unfortuately things take time with so much to do on site.... More

Being 6 months pregnant and having an 18 month old the hills were a bit of a challenge but definitely worth it. Lovely little zoo with lots of opportunities to get close to the animals. I have to say I was impressed for a local wildlife park. Be prepared for hills, but a few rests will do the trick!
