We took our son here whilst we was on holiday in Ilfracombe. What a fantastic day. Firstly the prices to get in were great, there is a small zoo, and the moving dinosaurs all along a beautiful trail in the trees. The sea lion show and the train ride are not to be missed! And there is also an Egyptian... More

This was our first visit and I was pleasantly surprised. It's a bit up and down so was tiring but it was worth it. The only thing we did'nt see was the lions so were a bit disappointed. It was great to be fairly close to the animals. The staff were very helpful. All in all a great day out.

The only down side to the whole place is there is a lot of walking uphill and down. If you aren't afraid of a bit of hard walking this is a fantastic place to visit. Set in a valley and among woods, in the grounds of a big house, virtually all the paths are concrete which makes the hard walking... More

This park is definitely improving - staff are better and more friendly. Animals are plentiful and it is a pleasant day out with a family. However, getting around is a problem for people with mobility issues or with pushchairs. Don't bring heavy bags or extra weight of any kind as the hills are tough. Also make sure you collect your... My partner and I took my son (3 y/o) to the attraction and found it brilliant. All the dinosaurs come to life on the hour every hour. It can be a bit of a mission when walking around as there are some steep bits especially when hunting for the dinosaurs. Please don't let this put you off though. With a... More

We came just for a day out with a 5 year old who loves dinosaurs and a 19 month old. All of us really enjoyed the day, especially the sea lion shows. Lots to do and see. only down side which didn't bother us just added to the adventure was the very steep hills. Think it is reasonably priced and... More

I went with some trepidation as I felt it was for children only and I'm a fan of longleat. But to be fair it was very good. The keepers were very informative.
