I just have to say what a great day out we had here with our two grandchildren, one 6 and one 11. The Dinosaurs and where they are placed in the woodland valley look very good and the sensors trip and make them move and roar as you approach them. The animals all had lovely enclosures and we had some... More

We visited the Wildlife and Dinosaur Park in mid September with our 1 and 3 year old dinosaur fanatic. The animatronic dinosaurs were a little scary at first, but they soon got used to them and enjoyed spotting them in the undergrowth. There is an interesting mix of other wildlife, including a pets corner, bugs centre, as well as bigger... More

Spent a morning here. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Especially feeding the wallabies. Unfortunately my partner had to stay in the centre and was unable to walk round the park due to its VERY steep pathways. The lady in the gift shop was very nice and arranged for my partner to be taken back to the car in a golf type... More

We visited back in May (it just dawned on me that I hadn't reviewed it) First things first, and the only reason it dropped a star- The parking. This is obviously no fault of the attraction itself but more owing to the location. To get to the parking you need to go up a steep hill. Very steep. My one... More

This is ideal for adults and children alike. Nice atmosphere. Lovely walks and a good variety of wildlife to see and hear. Train ride is great fund, especially for the kids.

Didn't know what to expect, and chose this park over the others that we could have done. We (8 adults, 3 small children and one baby) were a bit scared of the look of the hills, and in places it was tricky with a pushchair, but we had a great day. If you are less mobile, or would struggle to... More

Spent a lovely day here. We did not have children with us but we enjoyed the fun of everything the park has to offer. The Meerkat Encounter was one of the most lovely things. Being in the same enclosure and having these lovely creatures running around so close to you was wonderful, as was feeding the lemurs through the bars... More

My family and I spent a day here. Very steep walks which are not ideal for young children but we are all adults so only my lazy daughter complained ;) Joking apart, wear comfortable shoes. The walk through for the wallabies was great, you can even feed them, a small bag of food can be purchased for 50p, worth it for... And there was a nice Bug and spider exibit, with real creatures loved it., be aware there are very steep climbs, saw a lot of children struggling to walk. Not suitable for wheel chairs etc, plus good walking shoes needed as its... More

A surprisingly good selection of wildlife including lions and wolves. The sea lion show was the highlight of our visit. The animatronic dinosaurs added an unusual but fun twist to the experience.
