We visited watermouth castle whilst staying in Woolacombe. Looking at the leaflets i wasnt expecting much but we had an absolutely fantastic day! I did feel that full price (£13ish) for a 4 year old was a lot, but when we saw what he could do in the park, which was all included in the price, i felt this was... More

Went to watermouth castle as a child and have thought about it for many years! Took my kids for the first time while on vacation and it was a great experience. The gnome village was awesome and the boys enjoyed panning for gold and cashing it on for gnome coins. The castle is magical and the dungeons will live in... More

We went here with our two kids (10 and 8) , we thought it would probably only take an hour or so but we spent all day there it was amazing and definitely value for money, loved the castle and gardens and although my kids were too small for some of the rides, they still had plenty to keep them... When we got to Watermouth and started our visit looking around the ground floor of the old castle the children were not happy, we pressed on hoping that the day was money well spent, we bypassed the dungeons as 4 year old doesn't like the dark and walked out into the sunshine into one of the most imaginative family attractions... If you visit to see the castle then don't bother if you wish to be entertained then this a a great place to go. Thee trance has a moving statue welcome show, you go into a Victorian kitchen then back to fun fair attractions. A model train seta and Victorian dolls house next awaits your eye. There are loads do... More

Our family (two adults and a toddler) have just returned from our holiday to north Devon. We were staying near the Watermouth castle and kept driving past. From the outside all you can see is the castle, so once we made the decision to visit we weren't really sure what to expect. Wow...such a good value for money fun day... More

We visited as a family, and apparently I visited with my parents when I was a little older than my son (3). It's not cheap £12.00 per adult or children over 93cm, but once we had got past the slightly spooky manakins and the dungeons which I wouldn't recommend for small children we had a great day. He was able... More

We are a couple in our fifties and the children that we brought to Watermouth in the past are grown up. So we were a bit worried that we wouldn't enjoy it as much as we used to being just the two of us. Well we needn't have worried. We really enjoyed the day and were there for 5 hours... More

From all of us here at Watermouth Family Theme Park & Castle we would just like to thank you for a great 5 star review. We love it when generations of families come back year after year, and I'm thrilled to see that even with out bringing the children you still spent a day with us! I will pass on... More

Loved this place. A good mixture of activities, our children especially like panning for gold! There is a great tube slide as well as a great water show. It was a bit pricey but we had a good day out.

Having been to Watermouth Castle as a child I wanted to head back with mine to see if he would enjoy it too. We went out of season and on a grey day but there were only a handful of visitors at the time. The rides didn't open until 11 30 by which time we were a bit bored! The... More

Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your recent visit. I'm sorry to see that you were a little disappointed with your visit, especially as you came here as a child yourself. It's likely in that time period between visits that we have doubled in size, and added many more attractions such as crazy golf, the... More
