On visiting, the venue was shown off by Josh, and on the day, Darren bent over backwards to make it the most memorable day of our lives. Since we booked... More

When you approach the entrance you have no idea what lies behind. But a short walk through a hand carved Victorian tunnel leads you to two fantastic secluded beaches. I can't describe how beautiful the view is the first time you see it. Please look at the website to get an idea!!! One of the beaches is for public use... More

If you are looking for a safe and secluded beach with rock pools , great views , ease of parking and access , including lovely facilities then spend a day at Tunnels Beaches. A wonderful sun trap with deck chair hire if needed. The beach is black/ grey shingle so not good for sandcastles, however our grandkids ages from 2... More

Once the tide was out, lots of rock pools. Ideal for the family with young children. Local shops sell buckets and nets to catch the odd tiddler left behind in the pools.

Sheltered and safe sea pools, best to catch about three hours either side of high tide. The pools now come with state of the art facilities for changing and even a wedding venue attached!

Lovely place - shame we could only see one beach due to a wedding party being held on the other beech! Lots of information to read about the history of it all.

very interesting history to read about this beach. As a couple we would not stay there all day but it was well worth a visit.Very pretty. On the way out we had scones at the cafe by the entrance. You would never find bigger ones anywhere I gaurentee
