Popped in whilst on holiday in the area and really enjoyed hearing about the vines and how the wine is made. Tried all the wines made and bought some of the wonderful Elderflower wine that had just been bottled. Great place to relax with a drink and watch the quirky little chickens run around.

Fabulous little vineyard tucked away on the downs. If you take the tour, you have an informative and well-read individual tour guide, via a personal audio system. This is followed by a guided wine-tasting from the enthusiastic owner. The shop sells plenty of wine, flavoured oils/dressings, jams etc. There is also a cafe offering tasty snacks, sharing platters and delicious... More

My partner and me have just returned home from a wonderful weeks holiday on the IOW, this was the first time we had visited a vineyard, not just an ordinary one but an English vineyard. Would encourage anyone visiting Adgestone to take the informative self guided audio tour, well worth the price as the tour takes you around the vineyard... More

We popped in for an hour or so. Tour was interesting and very pretty. Wine tasting was excellent and very entertaining. White wine was genuinely lovely! Well worth popping in and purchasing some lovely wine direct from its source.

We visited the vineyard today and were not disappointed. It's set in a beautiful hillside with stunning views. We didn't do the tour nor did we sample the wine however a little look round the shop was lovely. We decided to treat ourselves and the kids to cream tea and cake which was stunning. Sat outside on the decking with... More

It's a vineyard there is a small shop and a workshop out the back the guy gives a 40minutes talk about process no actual working machine it gets very boring for the children but great for adults who love wine as there is a free wine tasting too wines were a bit pricey for us though

We were at a loss as to what to do on a rainy Sunday afternoon in August so having checked out a few recommendations we decided upon the vineyard. So glad we did. A not so hidden gem of the island. Friendly, knowledgeable owners and staff, live music, good food, great wine - you could ask for nothing more except... More

Having spent a couple of beautiful and relaxing days on a warm beach at Whitecliff Bay, we were at a loss as to what to do on a rainy morning. We decidied to try Adgestone Vineyard and took a cheap taxi there. It was pouring with rain as we arrived, but the whole setting was absolutely idyllic. We recieved a... More
