The Adgestone Vineyard is a wonderful place to find out more about wine making in England, and produces some great wines. The coffee shop is worth a visit, and the gift shop is fantastic for getting those little gifts to take home! Bought 12 bottles of delicious wine to take home too!

Never heard of english wine before we visited this place. We went for the self guided tour which was fun and informative. The vineyard is very well maintained and run by a couple who have owned it for the past few years. They helped us with wine tasting. Enjoyed the visit and bought a couple of bottles of rather interesting... More

We went to the Adgestone Vineyard as part of my birthday treat last weekend and our expectations were exceeded. We bought the vineyard tour and wine tasting which is a snip at £7.50 and spent a very pleasant hour (ish) walking around the fields and preparation areas while listening to an informative and fun audio guide. The views are magnificent... More

My partner and I both visited Adgestone Vineyard in August out third visit in 3 years and we had a wonderful time yet again. The audio tour once against was so informative and best of all seemed to have been updated since the last time we came, definitely worth the £7.50 per adult price, it is also something you can... When we arrived at the vineyard we were greeted by the very friendly owner. We had just cycled up the hills to visit so decided to have a bite to eat before anything else. We had the sharing platter which was delicious and washed it down with a bottle of Full Bodied Red. Once we'd got our breath back, we... More

We came on a sunny Sunday, there was a little audio tour with a walk around the estate. There are view for miles around. We tried some good wines with a knowledgable and entertaining host. Outside there was live music on the lawn (maybe Sunday's only?) where we enjoyed a bottle of wine and a sharing platter. A thoroughly enjoyable... More

This is the second time that I've visited Adgestone this year as I enjoyed it so much last time. Even if though I'd done the tour and wine tasting before I still got a lot out of it this time. It's really interesting to visit in the different seasons and see the different stages of growth/ production. Both visits we... More

Great place to visit. Russ and Sarah are the most hospitable hosts. Great cream tea, lovely vino and a great view from the top of the vineyard (Courtesy of an impromptu quad bike ride) A fabulous afternoon - thank you.

My husband and I did the self-guided tour yesterday and had an amazing time! It was a perfect sunny day to walk around the vineyard and hear about its history. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. To finish off the tour we got to try 7 wines all uniquely made by Adgestone, all... More
