We have 3 children, aged 8, 7 and 4 and they had a brilliant day out here. There was plenty to keep them amused, they especially enjoyed the dinosaur area, snakes and ladders and cowboy land. I would recommend for families with young children aged 8 and under.

Went here with grand daughter and her 4 year old daughter. Some years since we last visited and thought the new attractions were very good. Will return when the family visit us again. The ticket that combines Blackgang and Robin Hill is good value and keeps everyone entertained for at least two days.

Our 4 year old daughter loved it here but it is a little tired looking and I certainly wouldn't recommend it for children a lot older. However the new dinosaur park is fantastic.

We visited Blackgang Chine whilst on a short break to the Isle of Wight with our granddaughter. I have visited this park many times over the years having come to the island on family holidays as a boy, and then bringing my own family in turn. We had not visited here for a few years however but planned to do... More

We really enjoyed Blackgang Chine so much to do and see for all ages our little boy whos 15 months old was flat out before we got half way around the park. The only problem we had was going into the pet shop finding someone smoking in there who also had a child with them as its all inside it... More

I first visited Blackgang Chine in 1993 as part of a school holiday and had often wanted to go back. Having the chance to this year I visited with my parents and we all loved it. So much of what I remembered is still there from the weather wizard to the nursery land. The new dinosaur animatronics are amazing and... More

We went as a large family group with 5 children age ranges 1 to 11 years old. Everyone, including the adults enjoyed the time spent there. There was plenty to safely occupy the children while the adults had a little R&R time with a nice coffee. Lots of toilets around the place so no sudden panics with the younger children.... More

The price of entry to this attraction is very expensive for pensioners that only want to walk around and not take to the rides. Would not recommend a family to visit as the cost would be very high.

I remember Blackgang Chine from my childhood as being a bit lame but wanted to see what it was like now. We did a bit of research and it looked like there was more there now. We have 13 and 15 year old girls who ordinarily would prefer to stay at home chatting on the net, or reading, or watching... More
