We live near this attraction and purchased a seasonal ticket for the year which worked out to be great value, as we went almost every week. The rides are pretty good considering how old the park is. The staff are very friendly and great with the children, and it has a family run feel about it. The pirate land area... More

I've been this year with my family to chessington, Legoland, poultons park and as a family we had the best time here at black gang. No queuing, nice food in restaurant and reasonable. Great variety of attractions. Not bad value for money. Put it this way we saw everything at blackgang. At chessington we went on four rides for £110.... More

Blackgang is a much looked forward to part of the boys holiday and a great place for family fun. The freedom to explore and enjoy never fails. The interaction of many of the visitors in Cowboy land makes for happy children and adults as they both enter "pretend" play of the West! Picnics are well catered for and plenty of... More

I have been coming here for many years and always have a great experience. I now come here with my children who love it just as much. Something for everyone, rides, maze, pretend play and beautiful views. Our favourite is visiting the Cowboys and playing with everyone in the saloon and jail. My children would stay there all day if... More

I love Blackgang. It has been refurbished recently, but the old favourites are still there, reminding me why I loved it as a child. The park is beautifully kept and the staff are friendly are caring. The scenery cannot be beaten either. The new Dinosaur experience is a fabulous experience! Animatronics are superb, and the sight and sound of dinosaurs... More

Blackgang chine is a great place for family's to have good old fashion fun. The rides are fun and not to scary so that children of all ages can enjoy them in safety. The dinosaurs are brilliant and really well displayed.and the cowboy village ,where kids can run around with cap guns and play the way the older generation used... More

A little pricey (as everything is these days) but we had a good day. Lots of interesting these for the kids and adults to do.

The oldest theme park in Europe is not showing it's age- A really great day out for the family with rides and recently the Dinosaur area which can also be visited in the dark. The kids loved it so much we have been several times! The park is very large and overlooking the sea with several different themed areas to... More

This was our second time to Blackgang Chine, and there's plenty to do, from rides to adventure play to fun things to look at/walk through/sit on. They had the Hallowe'en event while we were there, which involved a walk through the specially lit dinosaur area in the dark, with actors around. We'll definitely go again next time we are in... I have now visited Blackgang more than 40 times over the years, and hope to continue to do so for many years to come. I find the whole place absolutely magical, despite so many visits, there are always changes and new things, but still lots that I remember from childhood as well. I suppose what makes it truly unique is... More
