This was our second (and third) recent visit to Blackgang having been 2 years ago. Our son is now 5 and I am pleased to say he still loved it. There is just SO much to do - and they are really making improvements year on year which is nice to see when you go back again more than once.... More

I remember coming here as a child and was lucky enough to take my daughter this week. She is four and LOVED it. There aren't allot of rides but that didn't matter on such a lovely sunny day she had great fun playing in the park. The dinosaurs were great and terrified her which meant they were at least well... We last went here 5 years ago and there have been a few changes. There is a new dinosaur section which was brilliant and another section, which I think is new (at least it was new to us) featuring Cowboys and Fairies. The cowboy section answered why there were red plastic cap gun rings littered around the whole site -... More

I visited in the Easter holidays with my husband and 7 and 4 year old children. We all had a fab day and would definitely go back. It was £59 entry for a family of 4 but your receipt is validated so you can visit as many times as you like for the next 7 days. If we were staying... More

Visited on a lovely sunny day and my 10 and 4 year old kids loved it. Plenty to do to fill a day, with some decent food outlets. Some strange and old fashioned parts, but this seems to add to the fun of the place rather than detract from it. The only thing we had to wait for was the... More

OK it's not Alton Towers but Blackgang is unique, we've been visiting for years and are never disappointed. This time 11 of us visited children aged from 2 to 13 and all enjoyed it and as always ran out of time before seeing everything. The dinosaur attraction and show were especially good, but our mainstay as always is in the... More

We went to Blackgang Chine with friends. Kids aged 10 & 4 loved it. Great day out for families. Half a day is good enough to cover the whole park.

My granddaughter is 6 and we thought, based on the attractions website, that this would be a great day out for her, We couldn't have been more wrong. The themes of Cowboy Town, Fairy Land, and Pirate Cove were just variations on a theme. Each of them generally a themed building with static models in them. For a six year... More

We had a great day at the Chine. Lots of attractions for for the children, especially the animotonic dinosaurs. Cowboy town was great but would advise any young Cowboys to pack their own "heat" as the cap guns on sale are very expensive. My critique would be that there could be more rides. The cliffhanger coaster was great and the... More
