Great place to get out and about and run off some energy. Lots of space and lovely sand. It has wonderful views no matter what the weather.

Went here in the summer with a bunch of kids and a picnic. Amazing clean beach. The sand goes on forever and it was really warm

Beautiful ! That one word sums up this beach for me, I go there most days and every time I am taken back how lovely it is. It doesn't matter what the weather is like it is always lovely.

This is the coastal part of the John Muir Park and part of the John Muir Way. This natural inlet has been a harbour since prehistoric times. It's now a great place for surfing, wind surfing, kite flying, horse riding and just lazing in the sun while gawking at gannets from the nearby Bass Rock, the world's largest Gannet colony.

Took a trip to the beach to take the kids body boarding whilst staying at nearby Thurston Manor. The beach was lovely, the views were fabulous and the waves were ideal for body boarding.

Absolutely fantastic if you get the tide times correct a great walk, views & if you like the surf the waves are good too. Perfect for a sunny afternoon/evening or a morning stroll after breakfast. The perfect place for enjoyment all times of day.

Belhaven Beach - just outside Dunbar may be less 'obvious' than Bamburgh and doesn't give instant access to ice creams, pubs and chip shops, but it is a real gem. Park either at Belhaven and use the 'bridge to nowhere' tide depending, or park at John Muir Reserve which is down he same road as East Links Children's Park. Access... More

One of the most beautiful places I have seen We pulled over when driving by attracted by the stunning view then had a walk down tom the sea. The beach seemed quite unspoiled with just a few other walkers and surfers around . Not sure that this is a sitting and sand castles kind of beach as no facilities, that... More
