I come here at least once a year, the folk park is expecptional, there is so much to see and do. The houses are so life like and the staff are fab! I've also recently taken a group of children I look after to the transport as they were under 5 we all got free entry! Great for a family... More

If you want something to do over the long winter months visit here - a fun day out for all the family. I hadn't visited in years and called down last summer. It's great to get that informative yet interactive walk through history and see the changes we have come through. This attraction is also easily accessed from Belfast via... More

Lots to see for young and old and those who love trains. The history of how people lived is good but the transport museum is in my mind better. The original harrier jump jet and TRAINS!!!!!!!!

The folk & transport museum presents an almost bottomless pit of valuable history and heritage. It does a marvellous job of reflecting and celebrating the culture of Northern Ireland. If you were to spend the time to really take an in-depth look at everything there is to see, I think it would take many days - and that's only the... More

Always a great day out, the boys love being able to get on and off some of the engines, pretending to be a driver or a fireman. There is plenty of information for the adults to read. We always enjoy our visits. Only downside is to eat your own food you either sit outside or go out of the main... More

Visited her for the Christmas night that they had on. It was fantastic there was something to do for everyone. They had buses to take you from the car park up to the entrance. My only gripe would be that the queue to see Santa was at least 40mins which isn't to bad unless you have young children, maybe a... More

I still need to go back and finish the folk part. I managed to see the transport museum and it was absolutely amazing! The exhibits are in excellent condition, each telling its own story! A definite must see! Going back to complete the tour soon. Wear comfy shoes ;-)

Visited this event today 13th Dec, was with my two daughters and grandkids. It was amazing with lots of interesting things for the kids to do, topped of with a visit to Santa. Thank you everyone at Cultra for a wonderful day. Special thanks to Neil.

I regret not having visited before now. It was an amazing experience despite the inclement weather. Exhibits are first class and the staff so knowledgeable and helpful. Impossible to find fault. The Folk Museum alone requires more than a full days visit so I will definitely return in the near future.
