Cannot recommend highly enough! Took my almost 3 year old today and she loved it. We went as part of a trip, we were given an intro and space to store our picnics on arrival, plus free feed for the animals. There were lots of time slots for the feedings and tractor rides, so we were never in a hurry... More

Find it difficult to add more than been reviewed already but took little ones aged 5,3 and 1. We spent a full 4 hours here and had a wonderful time. It is very clean, well managed and lots of hands on experiences with the animals, free tractor ride, simulated cattle milking, soft play area and puppet show. One thing that... More

I was here with a reception class for the whole day. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and learnt lots about the animals they have. There was plenty of hands on experiences with the chicks, rabbits, guinea pigs, lambs, goats and lamas which the children loved. We had a lovely barn to keep our things in and the staff were remarkable,... More

Dear Georgia, thank you so much for your wonderful review. We all love having school visits at Hall Hill Farm and we have an excellent team of guides. We were very proud to win Best in Education from the National Farm Attraction Network in February this year, and we are one of the few farms in the region to hold... More

I took my daughter and grand daughter at the weekend. Not only is the entry fee reasonable the staff, facilities and equipment were great. The café was really good as well with plenty of fresh food and home made cake. We all really enjoyed outselves.

We often go to a child focused farm when we are staying near Newcastle. Now that family have moved, the previous farm is too far away, so we thought we'd try this one. I am SO glad we did. It is just lovely - small, intimate and perfectly set up for small children. We watched a shearing demo, the children... More

Visited Hall Hill Farm on sunday with partner and our little boy. Although he is still quite young we had a lovely family day out. I got to hold a baby chick, guinepig and feed a baby lamb. Cheap prices too and cheap for a bag of feed for the animals. Will definitely be returning :)

We were looking for something to do for an afternoon and found Hall Hill Farm. Loads of things to do there, from holding chicks and feeding lambs, to watching a sheep race, going on a tractor ride or playing crazy golf! Very reasonable price, and we had a great time there. Would highly recommend obviously for families, but we were... More

We decided to get out of the house and unplug from the internet for an afternoon so visited today and really enjoyed ourselves. A friend is from the area and didn't even know it existed. It's got a real family friendly feel to the place. I loved meeting the goats and the cows the most. Angus... they're just adorable. I... More

Wow! We were delighted to read your review, we are a family business and are very much hands on, and many of our staff have also been with us a long time, but we still have a lot of work to do if your friend didn't know we existed - we have been here for 33 years. We do get... More
