Lovely place - called in on way from Atlantic Village (never again!). It was just a nice, picture postcard sort of place to have a look around and just chill for a bit.

We come here a lot as you can take dogs and let them run on the beach beyond the lifeguard hut (quite a way out, probably better to get there via Northam Burrows), we walk right to the end of the beach then back along the edge of the golf course, our dog loves it and is always tired out... More

We visited here with our two young children, it was nice to see that westward ho wasn't a tacky seaside resort like Weston super mare has become. Our 1 year old daughter loves the beach and beachfront amusements. We all sat and enjoyed a bag of warm donuts breathing in the sea air...brought back childhood memories.

Westward Ho has undergone a transformation in the last few years with new housing developments and landscaping the center of the town. There are now many good places to eat, some with lovely sea views.

flat so easy walking. The beach is uncomfortable for sitting when the tide comes in as it's all stones.

Beautiful beach with lots of small pools to for children to play in when the tide is out. My 2 year old loved playing in the pools and was delighted to find a crab.

Westward Ho! (the only placename with a !) has come on in the world- it now has a deli, some nice new apartments springing up, the usual shops, and a generally well looked after feel. A great day was spent on the beach, very safe and the sea clean. Review by MaverickTendency

We only went to the beach / country park for a walk along the waters edge. The water was clear and warm and plenty of space! ~£3/day to park was probably a little expensive given we only spent an hour or so, but if you're going for a few hours / all day then it's great!

My girlfriend and I took my 4 kids of varying ages(16 - 5) to westward ho pebble ridge for go karting and crazy golf , we all had so much fun with the prices reasonable ( I had vouchers which made it even cheaper) I would totally recommend this to all family's a fantastic day out.

Couldn't visit, as couldn't find a car parking space. Knew it would be busy on a Sunday afternoon, but very surprised with lack of parking. Won't visit again.
