This was our 1st stop when visiting the lakes, with two young children it was a great stop for eating lunch and letting the toddler stretch her legs in the soft play

Lovely little play area and gelateria. Well worth a visit on a wet day, my 2.5yr old loves it. The views are beautiful too with nice comfy settees to relax in.

A great place to visit. The children can run around whilst the parents enjoy a coffee sat in the comfortable leather sofas overlooking the lake. We visited on a rainy saturday afternoon with our three year old daughter. She loved racing around on the little cars playing in the soft play area, which is big enough but not too big... More

the venue requires better atmosphere. the childrens activity is plenty big enough, the general staff are not the friendlist on our visit, we arrived first thing in the morning and when paying there was still a mop bucket infront of the till and a big sign we needed to lean over, we would go back and our daughter loved it,... We are pleased to hear that you daughter loved the Fun Factory, as that is our primary aim. The mop & bucket and the sign that we put out every morning, suggests that we were not quite open when you arrived. If the weather is bad we like to invite customers inside to wait until we open rather than being... More

Just returned from a lovely morning with Daughter and Granchildren at the Fun Factory. It is such a great place to relax, the children can run a round, play on the equipment, with toys and ride-on cars etc. The comfortable leather sofas are just what you need for having a great coffee and looking out onto the Lake. The staff... More

Nice Coffee not too far from the lake. If you walk round the edge of the lake at Bowness you`ll find this outlet, we just popped in to rest our legs and have a coffee which was very nice.

Was a nice break for us parents and the food is lovely. Even a sandwich comes with a great garnish. The kids had a fab time running round. Plenty for them to do. We had a lively cuppa with a fabulous view of windermere

I don't where some of these folk who wrote bad reviews have visited but we found the staff to be fantastic and friendly, even commented in this to the owner!! The soft play isn't the best I've been so but also not the worse. To pass a few hours away it does the job, makes it more pleasurable to follow... More

I visited twice last week and I'm planning on visiting again tomorrow. I brought my friends little girl that I was babysitting. She loved playing in the soft play and she made new friends to play with which was lovely to watch. The food and drink was good and reasonably priced. We had a tuna and cheese melt, child's ham...
