Loads of history, friendly , helpful staff. Good price and you get admission for a year. The kids were too young to understand a lot of it but loved exploring the underground passages and the big guns on top. The cafe is lovely and well-priced. Good to combine with a walk/ play in Nothe Gardens.

Great place for young boys who love anything war related! Decent value carpark. The views are fantastic and a picnic up high was a must! When the rain came we could scamper in the maze of underground tunnels, exploring the exhibitions. A ticket gives you entry for a whole year and kids were £1! Great value and we will definitely... Visited here last April, was a lovely day out. We didn't expect so see so much but there was lots of areas to visit. Lots underground as well as outside. A history lesson for sure, learning about war. The views from above are amazing and there's lots of photo opportunities. A must see if in Weymouth.

Their flyer does not do this place justice - it was a great find during a mixed weather holiday in August. They have a little game for the kids to play to ensure they're interested in walking around the exhibit and we spent as few good hours there. The staff were really friendly and great with my son and the... More

Don't miss walking over to the fort. The history behind it was fascinating and the views across the bay were very good.

Visited a few times and always something new to explore or discover, great half day out for all the family and reasonably priced, worth a visit if any interest in history.

I've been to Weymouth hundreds of times to visit family and never thought to visit Nothe Fort before. I am ashamed! It was great. Me and the children - aged 7 and 11 loved it. So interesting and lots to see and do. The cafe was also really good and reasonably priced. The volunteers working there were very enthusiastic. Thankyou.
