Interesting course, very popular and well kept

Recently we have completed a number of these mini golf courses. This one is reasonably well kept and is nicely laid out. It cost us just over £22 for the family ticket. It was... read more

Just basically shabby as most of the blue circle tee positions are curled up or missing. The pirate characters are damage and look past their sell buy date and the putter`s are battered and bent. The opening time should be at 10 am and should close at 6 pm or close when people stop coming in.For the price you would expect it... Great game of mini golf. Only lasted about an hour but that was because we got there for when it opened so got round quickly. Well worth the money though.

I get frustrated at venues that I know are pulling through the income, with little consideration to the punters, this is one such place. Let's say 10 groups of 3 an hour, 8 hours a day, at six quid a person is £1,440. Yet they can't afford a fiver a hole to replace the up-ended or totally missing blue tee... More

Recently we have completed a number of these mini golf courses. This one is reasonably well kept and is nicely laid out. It cost us just over £22 for the family ticket. It was very busy and there was a lot of hanging around, but we had a really good time, except for the result when son beat Dad for... More

The pirate themed decoration is shabby, old & falling apart, even Captain Hook is hookless. It was very busy on the day we went so it was a very slow game of crazy golf, lady on the ticket office was lovely but the place is run down & in need of a facelift, and at nearly £19 for one adult... More

We arrived in the middle of the day and were told to leave our names on a list and return in 45mins as there were too many people playing already. So we went off for an icecream and returned in 30mins and started our game. This place needs some serious maintenance work done on it before it all falls apart.... More

We were told on arrival that they didn't have any balls left so it could be a 20-30 minute wait. The staff member then sat twiddling his thumbs while a significant queue of 20-odd people accumulated. Fortunately someone next to us in the queue had some balls in his car which were enough for his group and ours so off... More

Came here with wife and sons aged 3 and 8. Had good fun battling our way around - and the pirate theme evident at most holes. Needs some maintenance (I counted 4 tees where the carpet needed to be replaced or better stuck down) and signage at holes - we managed to miss one hole as there were no signs... More

Dear stattotim, Thank you for your review of Pirate Adventure Mini Golf. I’m happy to read that you and all the family had fun playing a round of golf with us. We have just recently begun planning refurbishments to the course including issues that you addressed. As a predominantly outdoor attraction, some of the features do suffer from the elements,... Had a good time with the Mrs here got a discount for being a merlin membership user. Some holes was a little run down and could not put the ball down properly. Was good fun though. Has got me back into the fun of mini golf.

Dear levi8488. Thank you for your recent review of Pirate Adventure Mini Golf. We do always appreciate guest’s feedback. I’m glad that you both had such a good time with us and found it good value. As I’m sure you’ll appreciate an outside attraction this close to the sea does suffer the downsides of our great British weather. But you’ll... More
