As people have said it`s good indoor fun for the unpredictable English summer. Socks seem to be optional even though it states you must wear them(even parents weren`t wearing them), smiling friendly staff seem thin on the ground but so would i be if i had to work there all day(noise). Overall for the price ok..

Been here a few times. Went this weekend with 4 under 3's and the older 2 loved running riot in the larger section with the youngest 2 in the 'baby' section which was secured, we were able to enjoy a nice breakfast (a little expensive but as entry is £2.95 for a child it evens out) great way to spend... What can I say, this place is fantastic! From the time you walk in the door, the staff are friendly and attentive. They regularly talk to my daughter as opposed to being child unfriendly as some of these places can be. I pay £2.95 for my two-year-old daughter to play and this includes a voucher that I can use on... More

Took my daughter over the half term to a birthday and witnessed staff handling cooked party food with bare hands then leaving it for over 5 minutes out in the open! The man who handled the food was even seen rubbing his nose whilst serving it in thia way! This is absolutely disgusting! No hats/hair nets for staff with long... More

Visited as a birthday party group, the fun factory is very good, clean and well looked after but some of the staff were incapable of smiling or interacting with the children which is a shame as I thought this would be a major requirement. Others though were very pleasant I would go again though as the facility is very good... More

Dated, grubby but the children don't care! I had a table to myself, free wifi and a decent cuppa so everyone was happy - the children's socks were black after Bly 20 mins so I'm glad I don't have a crawling child with me! On the upside it was cheap to get in with maximum stay time.

I took four children aged 5,6,7,and 8, one child had physical difficulties. We arrived fairly early on in the day, I think we were only the thrid party there. As I am a childinder I was entitled to a whopping £1 offper child, which bought the total price paid down to £18. The children were happy to run off and... More

The Fun Factory should be a good resource in wet weather, but it wasn't very good when we visited (1/8/14). There were just not enough staff, the queue for the cafe was very long and the front desk wasn't always manned. The green 'in' gate didn't always close properly either, leaving kids in theory able to leave the building on... More
