Wetmouth has a lovely beach & beach front. Love the punch & judy show, one of the few remaining in the UK & only £1 per person, runs midday, 2pm and 3.30pm. Other traditional seaside activities include boat swings, trampolines & donkey rides. Also pedalo's & kayaks. The sea is very shallow & you can walk out a good 100m... More

Beautiful beach. Went with my family (too cold to swim). It is a beautiful sandy beach. High street close by. Love the small souvenir shops. Very clean.

Beautiful golden sandy beach and the water is blue. I know that seems a strange thing to say but the blue sea was a surprise from the east coast beached we have visited in the past. There were a couple of HUGE dead jelly fish that my son was amazed at. Our hotel was on the sea front and we... More

I was expecting a lovely beach but Weymouth is as dry and bland as it gets. It's mainly a shingle beach but there is the soft sand section. This place really needs a re vamp and modernisation - they are STILL doing punch and Judy puppet shows (need I say more). The people are friendly at least. Save your money... More
