Came here for a weekend with my mom and sister. Great choice of good quality treatments at average cost. Treatments were great. Only comment I would make is that the pool area is very small without much space to lounge. After our treatments we thought we'd relax but didn't stay long as it was overcrowded and noisy! “Lovely indoor and outdoor pools”

“This spa is not really a spa”

My husband and I stayed here during the Jubilee and enjoyed the hotel, especially the relaxing breakfasts outside next to the lock. However the spa is disappointing. Its more like visiting an indoor pool and it gets crowded by gym members which does not allow fora relaxing atmosphere. In good weather the outdoor pool is good.
